Worked with a few recruitment firms over the last month and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Paula Warren was brilliant and friendly through out the whole process, of me gaining a new role.
Gave me plenty of information regarding my job interview.

By far the worst agency I have ever worked with.
After completing a brief assignment with them of only 3 days, I was meant to be paid on Friday 27 September, I didn’t receive any money into my account! I was away on holiday for my wedding anniversary and was relying on receiving those funds! I had been chasing the recruiter in the lead up to payday to check they had everything that they needed. Upon emailing when I returned from holiday, the recruiter is on holiday for a week! I expected that he would have taken ownership of my case knowing that there had been issues setting me up on their system. I messaged his colleague, who told me that there was something outstanding on the app (nothing there that I can see) and they haven’t received my P45 (which had been received by the hiring recruiter), I resent it anyway and her response was they still need me to sign something which I can’t physically see!
I was so frustrated by their whole process and unhelpful attitude that I told her to donate my wage to a charity and she never had the decency to respond.
It’s not good enough during these difficult times to not be paying people, I accepted the contract at short notice but if they are not equipped to make sure the that everything is in place for the employee, they shouldn’t be allowing people to work.

I don't usually write reviews, but I really need to take this opportunity to thank Page Personnel, in particular Will Pitt from the Manchester office. I'm not sure if it's the company as a whole or Will personally, but after working with multiple agencies, I’ve had the best, smoothest experience with Page Personnel. Will has been so attentive, supportive, and reassuring throughout my time with Page. He has done his utmost to find the best roles for me, provide options to choose from, and support me through the transition. He found me the job of my dreams and has continued to check up on me since I started. After working with other agencies that simply find you a role and leave you to it, Will and the team have been a breath of fresh air. I really feel that he/they are in my corner, finding me the best deals and roles. Thank you so much, Will. You're fantastic at your job, and your support has not gone unrecognised.

Very disappointed with Page Personnel -
I am applying jobs and contacting them on given numbers but no one attending the call and also not replying on linkedin.

Despite several phone calls and emails to amy colvin,Dylan Tollet and Bradley Heppinstall-Haigh at their Weybridge offices, I didn't have the courtesy of any reply - which I find rude and unprofessional.

Applied for a job was told that the hours could be compressed in to 3 days by Emma had the interview and was told they weren't aware of me needing over 3 days but would make a note offered the job but advised could only do over 5 days and nothing could be done, reluctantly accepted but did say I was disappointed as she had told me could be done over 3 days. Weeks later still hadn't had paperwork through to even start the DBS required for the job so when I was offered an interview elsewhere that was perfect for me and my needs I went for it and was offered the job, Emailed to say I wanted to retract my application (I still hadn't had my formal offer or started the DBS process) then got a phone call where Emma shouted at me talked over me and tried to bully me in to taking the position and demanding to know where I was going to be working and who I had applied through

I would like to personally thank Ross McElfatrick for getting me a great job opportunity in an exciting Company. Ross is the most friendly and approachable person who not only was a joy to speak to but was supportive in the whole process of finding me a work. Can’t thank you enough! Thanks again Jo

Jen was amazing from the first point of contact, she listened and helped me. She found a perfect role for me and helped me with the interview preparation. Jasmine Handley has been absolutely brilliant throughout my whole time of being with Page Personnel. She has gone above and beyond throughout my contract, and at times of uncertainty within my role she remained a consistent support. I am extremely grateful for the help I have received from her and am actually quite sad our working relationship has come to an end. A true asset to Page Personnel!

Helen Coldrick - fabulous recruiter. She is really down to earth and listens to what you are looking for. Was on holiday when we first spoke only been back a week and secured a role. Would definitely recommend for your job search!

Absolutely Horrendous experience with Page Personnel . Typical got an interview with Tori morris at Fidelity, “ the employer really liked me” wants another interview has that more good news from Tori both ends wanted me to hand my notice into my job to get started, however not Tori would not give me contact details for the “new employer” all of sudden my start date got pushed around 3 times for it to “they can’t employ you now” so being jobless went on the hunt. Once again got in contact with Tori promised me more information and future job interview what a suprise had no further contact from Tori. Anyone wanting to work with these guys don’t, they don’t deserve the ratings nor the commission…

I had a really good recruiter called Kyle Pattison who is the best at communication and keeping you in the loop with securing a role in finance, really friendly and easy to talk to in regards to what role you are looking for and overall. Great recruitment service!

Looking for work can be a stressful process, but with Eleanor Shanks supporting you, it is almost a pleasure.
She is a talented, professional and friendly recruiter who is great at matching candidates with the right roles. She is also really great at keeping in touch, which is refreshing.

I was lucky enough to be placed with Emma Gillard as my recruitment Consultant and from start to finish she has been an excellent source of guidance and support.

He found the job for me and gave me all the qualities from the get go even though he knew I was a little sceptical on the travelling but after getting through the 3 stages and being offered the role everything he told me about it was true and I can’t wait to start my new role

He is constantly helping you with everything you need to get through the interview to making sure that your ok with everything and just always on hand when need anything or have any questions
