We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Pact coffee are very good
Pact coffee are very good. The house coffee is so amazing that I went from asking for 250g to 1kg the following month as I loved it so much. Also, I had some financial difficulty after a sudden death in the family & Pact coffee paused my account for a fewonths until I got back on my feet which was outstanding! I always receive my Pact coffee package the day aftery order is submitted which is great! It's lovely waking up to freshly ground house coffee every morning! Thankyou Pact Coffee!

Second order of house coffee blend. Great price, fast delivery service, and great coffee. It has certainly become a favourite of both me and my wife. The aroma, of warm melted chocolate, fills the kitchen and gets the taste buds working. Would highly recommend.

We'd like to clarify that cafetiere "cup" sizes are an industry-standard measurement based on small, espresso-style servings of around 125ml, rather than standard UK mugs. So a 3-cup cafetiere holds around 375ml in total – this is a genuine reflection of its size, not a misrepresentation, and the same standard is used across the industry.

Disappointing decaf
I wanted to like this but I got the Casa Loma decaf and it was awful. I thought I'd lost my sense of smell when I first opened the bag as there was almost no smell. Sadly there's also almost no taste. I've found that if I use twice as much as I usually brew and then I get a faintly burnt taste, not very pleasant. Worse than supermarket coffee in my opinion, very disappointed.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry the Casa Loma decaf let you down.
That's not the experience we want. This is a Colombian, Castillo-variety coffee and roasted medium, so a customer should get a genuine cup of dried-fruit notes, not something flat and aroma-free that turns bitter when you brew it stronger.
