In the build up to moving house, I placed two orders for moving boxes and paid for next day delivery on both orders. 3 days later, I receive notifications stating both orders had been delivered.

When I got back home, only one of the orders had arrived so I contacted the customer support email. I have since been ignored so I have requested a refund for the order that hasn't been delivered.

Overall a pretty useless experience, I will not be using them again. Moving house is already stressful as it is without this adding to it.

First, we chose next-day delivery, but customer service said they could not locate our address, so we not only didn't receive the parcel the next day, but we also had to collect it ourselves in a convenience shop. For the record, I have already made sure that the address is correct. So, we do not understand how our address cannot be found, as this has never happened to any other parcels with the same address from different websites.
Secondly, the quality of the boxes is not very strong and sturdy. The wall was very thin and easy to break. We used the boxes to put our stuff in to move houses; it couldn't last long.

Packing boxes solid and good product .
My only advise will be ,if ordering tape and bubble wrap ,check middle of packaging .

Great product and good communication regarding shipment and delivery. Next day delivery paid for but it took two days to arrive. This was the only problem.

I ordered boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape on 27/12/24, it arrived the next day. However, all the boxes and bubblewrap had a damp/musty smell, not good if packaging clothes. I even tried to air them outside my flat door overnight! I complained on 30/12 and I received a rude response, implied that I was lying, agreed to give me a refund which has never been received. I have wasted time repacking so I can use the boxes, but a lot are torn or pieces of cardboard missing. Was my order made up from a reject pile by a temp ? Regardless, very poor customer service.

There was a little problem on delivery. But when I contacted to ask why, it was dealt with and I received them the following day happy with the product just what I need.

I paid for next day delivery and received items weeks later. Item was delivered but couldn't serve it's purpose because of late delivery.

Delivery was booked for next day. Didn’t arrive till 2 days later when we had moved. Nice gift in the shed for new owners

Excellent service. I wanted next day delivery but accidentally paid for 3-5 working day delivery. I emailed and asked if I could pay the difference and still get next day. They responded straight away and said that they’ll send it next day at no extra cost. Will definitely use again, great customer service!

The box was perfect for what I needed. I cut it down slightly height wise and then taped it up to send.
