Good experience

I think I applied for this program in 2023, I remember how nervous and afraid I was to apply but from the beginning, the staff explained every step to me. No matter how many times I asked the same question or needed reassurance the staff was kind, helpful and supportive. Once I got my settlement it brought my debt to half!!! And I had reasonable monthly payments, they were also very flexible on moving the dates of the payments that best worked with me and my job. I completed my program and I’m so happy to get a fresh restart!!! I don’t feel trapped by credit debt anymore and they’re also educated on how to not end up in this situation again. I truly appreciate everyone’s support and respect the work it took to get here. If I could give more stars I would, this program is transformative, I’m so incredibly grateful

Every one that I spoke with was not only professional but were very courteous. They were so helpful and took the time to explain everything. They made me feel like a valued person not someone just trying to get out of paying their debts. They were very understanding of my circumstances. I have had several issues with this organization since I started my program 15 months ago. There is no way to determine what the balances are for the fee you owe nor for the remaining debt balance. I've called and received different information 4-5 times on what my actual balance is and just found out today there was a system "glitch" and that my fee was not actually settled - so I owe more than I thought. Why wasn't there ANY communication about this system glitch? This company is HORRIBLE. Don't work with them. Try to work it out yourself with the creditors. You may have to pay taxes for whatever balances are charged off but it's worth it to avoid dealing with this uncertainty. This has brought me additional stress, not less. I cannot wait to be done with this.

I was hesitant to apply with Pacific Debt Relief out of embarrassment, but Andrew Romagnoli was so helpful and explained everything in simplicity. Grateful for the help in getting my financial health back on track.
