Made an appointment with P3 back in…

Made an appointment with P3 back in November, cannot remember the persons name but explained that myself and my friend both suffered massively with our mental healths. I also explained I have a diagnosis of ASD and ADHD. Both these things were not taken into consideration, I explained I was looking for support groups as also have a child with very high additional needs. I mentioned about respite and she kept asking me why I need a break (I have very little family support) They expected me to pay for support when I asked about it as well and their attitude towards me was genuinely disgusting.

My friend was having issues with housing and had applied with homelessness team at the council. He was assigned a homelessness support officer who he had been trying to contact for over 6 weeks and no response. The woman personally called this support officer in front of us and also had no luck as apparently he did not try hard enough! She also asked why he wasn’t employed and when explained about severe mental health including diagnoses of BPD and PTSD the reason wasn’t good enough to not get a property
Overall just a horrible experience, they did nothing but judge and did not help at all

Waited for P3 property to be finished…

Waited for P3 property to be finished at Northampton but lead a stray been housed tempary for 7 months was only expected be there 2months top and just didn't like excuses come from P3 that fire door needs doing be done next week month gose by still nothing done then it was furnished to move in but then like fire door excuse again in a way feel like dodged a bullet I will be on bidlist now raver be step forward that sharing with multiple people I don't know so in away was good thing me P3 parted ways not mentioned names because that data protection 👍

I have severe mental health problems…

I have severe mental health problems and autism which wasn't taken into consideration at all I get bombarded with emails almost daily pressurising me into taking a place I know I probably kill myself in and when I told them the place was not suitable for me I was asked a million questions as to why like I have to justify myself I don't think they are trained very well in mental health at all

Some support workers are amazing others, not so much

Some support workers are amazing, other simply just don't know how to do their job and look like they have no interest in doing it. I was also allowed to get into over £400+ in arrears because they were so poorly managed and were understaffed noone came out to tell me or even communicate with me over phone/letter etc until it was over the 400 mark. I'm absolutely disgusted and constantly disappointed with the way I've been "supported" by these people. They didn't come out and fix the boiler the day after I reported it breaking which is unacceptable in the winter, I have had several support workers who are inexperienced and new at the job condescend me and patronise me repeatedly. I was told off by the emergency out of hours maintenance woman and given a written warning about my attitude and behavior when they know about my disability and mental health needs because my aerial hadn't just come out of the wall, all the wire is literally rusted and SHREDDED and looked seriously dangerous.

And the TV licence is included with my service charge every month so what am I paying for if I can't watch TV? So glad I had WiFi fitted at the start of the year.

Since they won the contract from…

Since they won the contract from Smartmove in Halifax, and I'm not really blaming staff but as soon as your housed, that's it gone dont want to know, even tho my flat is shocking damp, ive been in hospital with chest infections last 3 months Granted I missed a few appointments but I have Combined ADHD, Bipolar 2 and registered disabled (severely mentally impaired) and lead a bit of a chotic lifestyle and because i struggle to keep appointments doesn't mean I'm still not struggling this is what the service is for isn't it. Not 1 size fits all. My EXworker Amy was bloody fantastic untill about a month after they took over then thing changed this is what happens a when community based company helping VULNERABLE adults goes corporate as I say.
BRING BACK SMARTMOVE and I'm not the only person who use to (past tense) use the service who thinks this. Its a shame really coz they've helped so many people 😕

Really poor assestement

Really poor assestement, emphatically unprofessionals workers. Even if I'm a fan of great charity workers this is NOT my case. Poor or no help was given to me.
Waste my time and maybe the workers time as they were in rush to go home. Really sad.
If you work so good as you said, so why don't you contacted me before?
You want me to contact you? When is you who are interested to know what happened..... one year and half ago. Looks to me Not serious. Sorry.

P3 Gloucester is a very poorly run…

P3 Gloucester is a very poorly run organisation. Few trained staff, I have contact with several people who have interacted with p3. None of them have been treated fairly or offered help to get off the streets. So many pathetic excuses for their utter inefficiency and total lack of compassion. The whole organisation needs to be fully investigated to root out the people who are responsible for the abuses and poor practices.

Date of experience is ongoing. They bullied me for needing help after being raped as a baby I kept trying to end my life no empathy from most staff there. They try to turn others against you victimisa

Absolutely vile people they bullied my so much I tired to end my life each time I tried to complain they told me to go to pals. Pals kept saying they don’t deal with complaints. They kept denying me the right to complain. The women and the odd man there targeted me every time I tired to talk. I am a rape victim and child abuse victim and took great pleasure in breaking me down. I said to one lady I get scared when my boyfriend goes to the shop she said oh so you don’t let him go out then. I didn’t say that she tried to make out I was the abuser. when in reality I was left with my mums pimps and punter and she said she was going to she shop and didn’t come back for weeks.
The lady bullied me assuming I’m bad.
I said to one lady I’ve got bipolar she said said to the group of women there, oh she’s saying she’s got bipolar now. Another said when I was crying as I have acne well it’s the men I feel sorry for they can’t hide it. I hung my self as they get purposely abusing me the man said oh yea, you do sound much calmer like he was happy. Another lady the worse of them all she said to me when I was was abused as a baby she said cool 😎 I said you just said cool she shouted loudly that’s a false allegation your making this one women always looks for ways to bully women and hang up. They tried to make end my life and one women when I said I was abused she said her name was Tracey well it wouldn’t be one of ours would it and told everyone not to talk to me a nice man named mark did hear me for 5 minutes saying I was told not to talk to you . They honestly some of them have no training on mental health and bully the people who call. No empathy no care no thought about how a vulnerable rape victim is feeling they honestly did he lasting harm for a trying to communicate.

Also one women I said I not allowed help from doctors denied help from receptionist as she has Asperger’s and took everything literally and she replied very angrily I’m just going to keep telling im just going to keep telling you she said x3 you need professional help. They are a helpline charity hiring people some from the nhs others with no experience at all.

They immediately bully you they odd two heard my story about being abused from birth and changed themselves. A lady on day shift was so lovely I call her the sweet one she is always kind . The rest played a game of try and make me end my life they have no life experience and hate people with names that are bame. Made me feel like I was nothing at all .
