My experiences have been of a positive nature. The shoes arrived promptly. I have not received my latest order as yet, however every other order has been great. I think I have purchased 10 pairs of Owlkay shoes now. I love the bag they come in. You can wear these shoes all day and your feet do not ache. I’m slowly replacing all my shoes with Owlkay shoes as they are so comfy.

I ordered a pair of sandals. Their website claims that "returns are super easy." I emailed them that the sandals were not comfortable for me and I cannot walk in them; therefore I would like to return them. They kept writing back with offers of ie 20% return and I could keep them, or keep them and get a discount on future offers, anything other then sending a label for return. So I got stuck with a pair of sandals for $50 that I cannot wear.

I have kept all the correspondence as proof of their replies which skirted the issue. They never once addressed the issue of sending me a label.

Here is a partial copy of their return policy, copied from their website, which is the only reason I ordered them to begin with

"We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

1. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date.

What should I do if I need to request a return&exchange?

To initiate a return&exchange, please contact our customer service team (email adr) for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. "

pl note i did the above; I contacted them and explained the issue. I do not recommend this company as they were not ethical and did not adhere to the policy as explicitly stated on their site

UPDATE 9/6/23: After writing this review, Owlkay refunded me 40% and told me to keep the shoes. I will be donating them to a charity. The reason I gave three stars is that I might be better off with the 40%, as mailing to China is prohibitively expensive. However that too should be clarified on their site.

Great shopping experience. Honest,and the shoes are wonderful. Very pleased with everything about Owlkay.

I would give them zero stars if allowed. I should have read the customer reviews prior to ordering. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. When they finally came, 1 of the 2 pairs don't fit properly, so I asked how I could return the pair that didn't fit. They asked why and wanted photos, which I sent. They are only offering me a 10% or 20% refund and want me to keep the shoes. We are still negotiating but, so far, the company is refusing to give me a full refund. I will never buy from them again.

Have developed an addiction to these shoes - affordable, comfy and stylish. Love them ❤️

This is my second purchase and I live in my first pair of shoes, every day. They are sooooo comfortable.

I received shoes that were too small. I requested a refund and was instead sent another pair of shoes. I have attempted multiple times to get a refund and was not issued that. Eventually Owlkay stopped communicating with me completely.

Arrived in great time and they are so comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and not one twinge in my legs or back.

Great customer service. Clear and timely infi. Great product I now have many pairs

It kept going to comeleyy, different style & colours. Had been trying to get the same boots for about a month and nearly gave up

Easy get online to order--at my age a real plus. Love the shoes. Have several pairs. So comfortable and go with everything

Don't talk to me about honesty were are my shoes I payed for .this is a dishonest place.I would like my money back .you will get yours.

Ive already given two reviews ,I'm from Australia and Ive bought about 4 pairs of your shoes the first pair in 2022 are my Mauve lace ups and I absolutely love them I wear them every day they are so comfortable and everytime someone asks where did you get them from plus I also wear my leather slip ons too and just love them ,I was shocked to see these bad reviews on here because I've even order a pair for my 95 year old neighbour and she love them so com she loves them ,I just wanted you to know how good I found them thank you

I would actually give no stars if possible. They wouldn’t take back a return. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER ! the shoe was uncomfortable so I asked for refund. Customer service response “I will help you apply for a 10% refund and a 20% coupon，can you keep the product ?”

The shoes you make were recommended to me by a friend. I found it easy to shop on the website. Ordering was also easy. The delivery time was good and the delivery was convenient. The first pair of shoes I ordered were as comfortable as my friend had said so I placed another order. I am very happy with my purchase

DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE COMPANY
Despite their stated return policy, they will not accept returns... just give you the illogical runaround via email while possibly gleaning private information. Cheap-looking, weirdly-fitting shoes...No need to go here. STAY AWAY.

On some models I have found size 6 o be a little bigger than other shoes bought from you at the same time. Have used heel stick-ons inside heels and extra inner sole products where possible as like the shoes.

Love my Owlkay shoes and often people ask me where I got them. They are so comfortable, look so good and I wash them in the washing machine!!. They last for ever..not good news for the company but am about to buy my 5th pair!!!

Owlkay shoes fit very well. I tend to buy big sizes when ordering online as hate returning anything. If ordering pick the right size.
