I saw an advertisement for a pair of sandals that I thought would be good for everyday city wear in the summer but I didn't know the company so I saved the photo of the shoes and put it into Google lens. I found the identical pair of sandals sold at Walmart for 20% less and on Amazon (in limited colours) for 55% less. I bought from Walmart. Clearly this is a re-seller scam.

I paid USD47 for a pair of Owlkay shoes. The shoes which were delivered were smaller than those ordered. They came without a packing slip. My queries were not answered, and I cannot get a refund. Nobody should do business with these people.

Everything the other customers say is true... The product and the customer service are AWFUL!
The shoes didn't fit. I asked to return them. I was offered a 10% refund!!!!! Then they asked me to send them a photo or a video of the problem. Ummm.... they don't fit! I don't need to send a photo or video to prove this. The BS goes on from here. I have been trying for 4 weeks to get my refund. The latest BS is to return them to china and when they receive them at the warehouse they will refund the purchase price. YA RIGHT they will.

The shoes didn't fit, tried to return but they insisted they give me a discount and I keep the shoes that DON'T FIT! Then they told me to return it to China. Lol

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will not help you via email. The product I bought from them, they said they didn’t sell it on their website but I did buy it from them. Useless!!!! They refused to assist me even though there is a 60 day exchange/return policy.

Well, where to start! I ordered 2 pairs, one pair arrived after a months wait. Not the shoes I ordered! My second pair… no where to be found. I have sent approximately 8 emails only to receive 7 generated responses, the 8th email was offering me $3.00 return. I tried to cancel the order immediately and could not get a response. No response in tracking for my second pair and no info on how to return. I paid through PayPal so I have put a claim with them. DO NOT, I repeat… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Rip off!!!

Big scam! You will not get exactly what you order. Whatever size they want to send is what you’ll get. Their “refund” policy is a joke. You will not get a refund. They will offer a 10% refund, then 20% then 30% and when u decline they pretend not to understand English or cut off contact. I’m on my 12th email and will keep trying. Stay far far away.

Only buy this company’s shoes if:
You have wide feet.
Like plasticky sandals. (They are pretty though)
Are ok with a deceitful return policy. They will make weak offers (10% off) and you will not get a refund.

If I could give a zero I would.
Ordered 4 pairs of shoes. Only one came in the size I ordered. The other 3 are 2 sizes up.

The 4 pairs of shoes I ordered on December 27th as a slightly late Xmas gift for myself and my daughter & granddaughters were charged for immediately and received about January 12th, but the sizes were all far too small. I emailed them straight away requesting an address to return them to, so as I could get a credit. I also wanted their phone number - no paperwork at all came with the packages. I have sent about 6 emails, had 4 computer generated replies - obviously no one has read my emails. The whole thing is a scam!! I haven't given up though and I won't quit!!

My question is why is this company still advertising on any social media???
They are a big scam in my opinion.
I ordered from them on the 1st of January and have been following up via email, ofcourse it's either Johnny or Chris responding to my email advising that their ware house will be shipping my order as soon as possible and will then provide shipping details once shipped.
It's been 24 days now, I do not have shipping details and I was refunded 5% of my money.
Why would you advertise a product you don't have and collect money from customers only to refund 5% , what now happens to my 95% balance???
Please for the sake of your sanity DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Still waiting for my order,it has not yet been shipped as of this moment, not sure how much longer I have to wait...totally unfair.

I ordered boots on December 21st as a gift. I was told it would be there by Christmas. They hadn't even been sent when I inquired in January. I asked them to not send them and refund my money and we had a back and forth email exchange and the final exchange was we have sent your boots you did not refuse the order. I refused it at least four times. They are a horrible company located in China and I believe they are a rip off. They charged my account for the boots and I still have not received them as of January 21st. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought several pair. Love the shoes. However some styles don't fit and they will not refund me. Website says "money guarantee no hassle". All I've received is hassle. They only want to refund 10% and I've had to fight for that. I'm still fighting for all my money.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes
I wanted to return them and get my money refunded
They said they couldn't find my order. So I got nothing
Gave them another chance, ordered 2 pairs of different shoes. They received the money, and again could not find my order. But why take my $52 if I didn't order shoes? I have filed a case against them because they keep arguing with me. I'm done!!!

Like a previous reviewer I ordered shoes that were too small. Contrary to what the site says they will not email a return address. I contacted them many times without success. I got emails make stating “we see you have received your item”.

Customer service and the product both made me very happy

Why can’t I leave zero stars! This company is horrible! They refuse to send me an address to return my shoes which are so loose I cannot walk in them! The photos are beautiful. The shoes are horrible! Do not buy these shoes!

This company gets you to measure your foot size and then sends you a shoe according to their decision as to what size that shoe should be. They will not accept the shoe size you ask them to send - they think that the foot length is the only determination needed and refuse to refund an incorrect size.

I ordered a pair of size 9 black shoes and received 2 pairs of very small white shoes. NONE of my requests for remedy have been honoured.

Shows are too narrow for my feet. Very dissapointed.
