10 out of 10. The girl I dealt with was very helpful. I got a very competitive price. My certificate and insurance disc was emailed to me the same day. I have recommended Oursurance to my family and friends. Oursurance definitely provide a great fast service with big savings.

Insurance with a difference
I think the name of the person I dealt with was Michael. It was indeed a great pleasure to deal with such a fantastic individual. Great personality & very professional. As a former sales & marketing director I have a reasonable knowledge of how to go about
representing the company you work for. Michael is an excellent ambassador for Out. It was also a pleasure to deal with a South African ororganisation.

Had an ordeal having my car insurance…
Had an ordeal having my car insurance transferred on to a rental car. Out insurance were insisting that they could not do transferred . After a lot of back and forth. I eventually explained that this was my Insurance I paid for it in full and that if he didn’t do the transfer, I was going to report our insurance to the ombudsman. Within two minutes. Out insurance made the insurance transfer.
Wasting my time as it was during day .
Very very poor service.
