Request for Full Refund Due to Misleading Product Listing
I’m really disappointed with this order.
The items I received are nowhere close to what was shown in the listing. They’re incredibly small — basically sample/tester size — and look nothing like the product photos or sizing that was advertised online.
If the actual size had been made clear from the start, I honestly would never have purchased them. The listing gave a completely different impression, which feels very misleading.
Because of that, I’d like a full refund. I also don’t think I should be responsible for paying return shipping on something that was misrepresented in the first place.
Please let me know how you plan to resolve this as soon as possible.

Pre order placed Feb 28th. I am writing on the 14th May with my order having been cancelled by the owner Erik, due to me sending texts asking for updates every month and been lied to that they are having trouble with bottles and they will be ready in 2 weeks, 2 weeks lasted 2.5 months of me initiating communications.
Now I do understand how pre orders work, but 3 months of waiting for bottles seems a bit too far fetched.
I’ve been treated soo poorly with this company it’s shocking.

Apart from selling the best aromas EVER, the company provides excellent customer service should you need to contact them for advice etc. The items are very well packaged and arrive in perfect condition very quickly. I tried to think of a downside just to give balance to my comments but couldn't think of anything. You can trust this company fully. I do (and they're not paying me to say this).

The first time I used Oud Attar I was delighted. The product arrived quickly and I was delighted with the fragrances. Thought that I had found my ' go-to' products.
So I ordered again at the end of March 26. The goods didn't arrive so I e-mailed them. Got a lovely reply from Erik saying that shipping was a problem and the bottles were being delayed and offering me a complimentary product.The Straits of Hormuz were non active at that time so I wanted to believe that it was the truth.
I wrote again a week later to ask for an update. Another polite reply saying nothing really. Then an e-mail saying there would be a delivery the next week. Still nothing so I starting thinking that this is a Scam company purporting to be the real Oud Attar. I sent an e-mail from their site. No reply. I am both disappointed and angry. Looking at other reviews I find it alarming that people have such different experiences with the company.
Will never use them again. Terribly upset at the letdown. Fabulous perfumes, shocking business acumen.

Ordered the discovery collection and the delivery took over 11 days even after being charged for RM 1st class (as the only delivery option). The discovery collection smells synthetic and fades away in minutes. Anyone that wants quality oud, should stay away. Another example of misleading online marketing. Appalled to say the least.

They didnt deliver an order over £30. I chased for an update multiple times but they didnt respond.

I ordered this product online, and only after paying for it was I notified the shipping cost was close to $100! And the weight was less than a quarter of a pound! I immediately contacted both the company and my credit card to dispute the charge. Buyer beware!!!

Oud Attar products are amazing!
I recently ordered creams, in Sweet, Spiced, Rose and Mastry Oud. They all smell wonderful and the brown glass bottles are beautiful! I won't be throwing them away. They look beautiful on my dressing table.
Something I didn't expect, I have had a troublesome ankle for years and it always looks swollen and it aches sometimes. I started rubbing an oud cream into foot and ankle, after my shower.
The pain has eased dramatically and the swelling has almost gone. Needless to say, I am delighted!
I also sleep soundly when I put a little bit of oud cream or perfume oil on my neck before bed.
Every time I wear any of my oud perfumes I get lots of compliments and people ask me what perfume I am wearing. I love mixing them too. Rose and Mastry are my favourite mix, so far.
Customer care is top of the tree!
I never get bored with my Oud Attar products. They are always evolving and that's exciting!

Customer care at Oud Attar is brilliant! Made an error in my delivery address which resulted in the parcel being returned to sender and the customer service team was great. Gave me a speedy response within less than a day and offered to resend my order with no charge or fuss.

They have an amazing range of scents too! Makes for a lovely gift or ideal for treating yourself with. The whole brand exceeded my expectations.

The items never came.. waited for so long- they advised it was in stock then following week when I enquired they said it’s not in stock- feels like a scam.. disappointed as I love oud products and would have been a loyal customer

I have been wearing OUD since the beginning. The discovery set is my favourite, especially spiced and pastry.
Always receive compliments where ever I go.

The candles were okay the packing was awful. The customer service is awful, it is very much once we have your money in our account get lost kind of company.

I placed an order but realised I needed to add to the order so I couldn’t find a way to cancel the first one so I immediately emailed them to let them know and ask for the first order to be cancelled and that I placed a second one as I need things in time for Eid and don’t want to double up on postage costs. They didn’t respond sent the two orders out and still didn’t respond after I contacted them a second time and then when the parcels arrived they responded with a blunt we have not received a cancellation order and if you want to return you can so long as nothing has been opened. They responded to the same email chain where I requested the cancellation in the first place and they take a few days to respond and never respond with any help.

I would say the candles are nice but other places have nice candles probably way better more professional packaging and probably better customer service.

I love the mindfully composed fragrances and find all of them awesome. My favourites are Royal Oud (absolute favourite), Sweet Oud and Spiced Oud.

So many fake reviews. Don’t waste your money on this. I regret buying it. These perfumes are advertised as “compliment getter,” but the truth is you won’t get a single compliment. Don't trust those fake reviews claiming they get tons of compliments.

These literally smell amazing and so different to anything I’ve ever worn before. They have a depth to them and an air of luxury about them. Such unique fragrances and a small amount lasts a very long time. Highly recommend.

I received the discovery collection of Oud Attar oil. They are really nice and smell really good. It was delivered within a week of the order.

Such lovely perfumes! My sister introduced me to the Oud Attar range after I asked what her gorgeous new perfume was. I now love the Rose Oud & it’s become my favourite scent. I have lots of compliments when wearing it & friends asking what it is. Is a beautiful scent that lasts all day & I will definitely be buying a lot more in the future.

My experience with oud attar has been excellent. I ordered the mystery box and received the sweet oud 2ml. The item arrived promptly and smells amazing. Albeit a bit sweet for what I normally wear at the opening but it does dry down to an amazing scent

I get many people asking me at work as to what fragrance I am wearing, often 6-10 hours after I applied it.
