Some very helpful staff, great software really gives me all the tools and resources to run my business.. (Also thanks to Lora especially for her patience and non generic support and assistance) Houston and Elliot have been some other helpful staff.

Great product, excellent services, great stuff, amazing to get it for my company. As we are into multi-purpose works, we are fond of such a platform which can accommodate everything into one software, it's rare, and have not seen such software, which can manage any on-demand business types within one roof!

I placed an order in the morning for their premium package " Advance, " and I got my installation in within 10 hours, instead of waiting for a day or more, which other do assure when purchasing any software from them. I must say that in spite of talking much, they do their job right, and what they promise they provide, that is what I like them the most about this company.

Been with them for about a year now, still, no problems faced yet, but I must say, keep up the hard work that you are doing, you're worth to praise!

I'll recommend my friends and dear ones and to all of those businesses owners who are looking to have an online ordering system.

THEY CLAIM I TRY TO STEAL FROM THEM! 2 YEARS AGO I PAID FULL AMOUNT AND GET THIS WEBSITE FROM THEM.SPOUSE TO BE RECEIVE FULL DATABASE, AND SOURCE CODES, ITS NEVER HAPPENED!!!
FEW MONTH AGO WE DECIDE TO UPGRADE AND PAID THEM UPGRADE FEE BUT FROM FIRST DAY THEY FAILED TO UPGRADE MY WEBSITE AND CAUSE THIS PROBLEM I LOST MY CUSTOMERS. AND THAN I REQUEST FROM THEM REFUND MY UPGRADE FEE, BUT THE GUY WHO RESPOND HERE REFUSE THE REFUND ALSO FAILED TO UPGRADE WITHOUT BUGS SO I OPEN DISPUTE AND RECOVERY MY PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL! BUT THEY SPOUSE TO BE INSTALL MY PREVIOUS WEBSITE , REMOVE UPGRADES FROM MY WEBSITE BECAUSE I GET REFUND FROM PAYPAL INSTEAD OF THIS THEY CLOSE MY WEBSITE, REMOVE MY ACCOUNT. SO I GUESS EVERYONE CAN SEE WHO IS STEAL FROM WHO....

I have tried several other ordering platforms, and none seem to measure up to OOS.

I'm switching from my previous online food ordering system to OOS for its feature rich and dependable team for support and customization. Migration to new system is hard but OOS support help me along the way. There are bugs and they fixed them very fast. Almost done setting up new system and migration... can't wait to go live!

Today I was that close to purchase an ordering onlien system from somehwere on google. I submitted a pre sales ticket and everything and waited for a response. After a quick read on their website I found out that they do not answer on weekends but only Mon-Fri.

Anyways, I was a bit bored and kept searching online to find other alternatives, although I didn't expect anyone to work on a weekend.

Then I found orderingonlinesystem.com. I said ok let me check their stuff. Was cool and then a chat box appeared on the bottom right corner. I though naaah, it will be just like these offline chat that you have to insert your email, name and message and they will contact you after 1 day or so.

BUT, it was freaking online! Jesus I was actually speaking with a person! And guess who! The co founder himself, Alonso his name!

He took me through his whole product. He answered more than 30 questions after I was saying to him last question, last question etc. His patience with me was incredible! After chatting for about 2 hours ( 2 FREAKING HOURS) I did take a break to think.

And instantly after a few minutes I decided to purchase his product. I received two online forms to fill which I had a few questions and Alonso was there to help me even fill the form!

So It is amazing the fact he helped me even before I was his customer! Now that I am, I instantly felt that I have someone next to me to support me :D

I am having a great experience with the company so I would recommend it.

Overall a positive experience with OOS thus far. Some bugs have been found in the set up phase but with a little patience OOS support is forthcoming and resolution achieved. Some app functionality is still in development which is a little disappointing. However, OOS efforts appear genuine with the driving interest being company growth and value adding both new and existing client platforms. I believe OOS are a driven company interested in developing existing products and supporting clients to achieve success. Patience and effective communication skills by both OOS and the client will be key to overcoming any obstacles encountered after initial purchase and set up. I hope to see OOS continue to maintain a solid commitment in working with all clients.

I order this system 2 years ago for part of our epos company.Since than bugs ( error,mistakes) never end.
Than i decide to upgrade my system to latest one might be all bugs can go.After all 2 years pass this company can be more professional in that time but i was wrong.At least before upgrade my website able to take orders.After SIMPLE upgrade everything goes wrong.We found bugs on every step.They useless team didn't test our website i guess just click upload button and send me email "here you go website ready" last 3 weeks was disaster to me. I loose customer because of them.They failed to fixed the bugs.

You have to read owner of this website email to me.I think he is 7 years old JOKE otherwise no one can be stupid him.I am very surprise how he manage company but not surprise anymore because he couldn't :)

My advice to you all if you need online ordering system dont choice them.You will only get stress and loose your own customer with huge of amount money nothing more.

After everything goes wrong and couldn't fixed i request full refund my money but of course not accepted.So i open dispute for upgrade fee at least i can get back but after i open dispute and his business partner proof himself as a same kind of people to and send me bellow message.

They are really unprofessional.Its my money and you failed to upgraded cause that i loose my own customers. Anybody heard anything like that ? I open dispute for ask refund via paypal because they mess up with my website and they refuse the refund my payment.

Your website is suspended because you try to took advantage of us and when opening the paypal dispute.
You will get the 299 back just not asap, we don't want them, you have lost all our support, the 299 will be refunded withing the paypal limits.
We fixed all the bugs that you reported and still you always were complaining, we asked several times which bugs you had like 1,2,3 and you didn't tell us, you simply told us, hey test and fix everything, what kind of person says that? Clearly not a person that wants to solve ay issues.
You decided to go on the road to take advantage of us and opened the dispute, did you really think you could still use our services after that?
Under any circunstance we will work with you again, unfortunately for you we are not in need of money, not 299 not even millions, we decide who we want to work with.

As you see everyone still he trying to proof something not usefull! Our company not only 1 people thats why you cant see email from me. Here is email proof what kind of people they are.
