Purchasing pearl necklace for my mother has been a great experience. I had to call customer service because design I wanted to order was not immediately available, but y service rep, Ken, was very helpful. I am very happy with my order I will order from Orchira again.

I bought a beautiful necklace but messed up joining the mailing list (which would have gotten me a discount) I called the shop and the member of staff said they would refund the discount. This never happened despite many calls and emails. This is also the second time I have been asked for feedback, last time I was offered a discount voucher for filling out a survey and again it never turned up.

I used Orchira for a family members Christmas present last year. The present did not arrive (most likely lost in the post). Orchira went out of their way to help me resolve the situation and make sure I had a present in time for Christmas. I cannot remember another occasion where I was as impressed with a company's customer service. Very highly reccommended.

My purchase was over a year ago now and this is the first chance to leave a review. So I emphasise things could, I hope have improved. So I wish them good fortune.
I received a gift voucher through group on.
I attempted to make a purchase through orchira 's really difficult to navigate website.
It froze at the payment stage with no explanation.
Nothing said the purchase had to be in excess of the voucher amount.
By the time I found someone on the phone to explain this, the item I wanted had been removed.
They then didn't want to use PayPal although they advertise this was available and tried to get me to release other payment method for the balance .
Initially , the manager was extremely polite on the phone, but then went quiet for a few weeks.
Finally , I was able to have the payment for the voucher refunded. It was quite a palaver! I hope they have been able to resolve their technical issues and are now more equipped on their website to be more user friendly . I never got to see the quality of their products .

I was tempted by a lot of the pieces that Orchira carried, especially the trendy pearl necklaces with seed pearls, but eventually I chose the Coral Tree brooche. It was delivered in 1 day, as it sasys on their website, in the beatifull pink box.

I was pleased with the exceptional quality of the necklace I purchased, and it was delivered very quickly and on the date stated in the email order confirmation. I would certainly purchase from Orchira again. Very smooth transaction.
