They take days to realize they have problems with a perfectly normal german address, so they do not ship and communicate the problem not immediately (the webshop should be able to recognize "wrong" adresses), but days later. The support is not able to solve the problem and also is not able to tell me what last mile carrier they use for germany. I canceled the order and will not order at Opposuits again. Looks like they don't want my money, or they are fine with the fees they pay to Amazon if I order there (and Amazon is able to deliver to my addess).
