Great quality product, quick delivery, easy assembly, fantastic service! The post sales service was great too! We can strongly recommend Office Reality and will be using them again in the future.

Bought some chairs for the garden and I'm very happy with them, they appear to be durable and of good quality and should hold up well to the elements . I expect to add to the collection in future .

Exceptionally happy with my purchase. The product was as described, delivery was prompt and on schedule and customer services were very helpful.
That on top of the competitive price means I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great quality of the items, quick and professional service.

the product we purchased was as described, produced from quality materials, service was great from start of ordering process to the delivery of the item, after sales communication also good
will defiantly use this company again

For our new office, I was looking for something a little bit different. I found some really stylish things out there at some ridiculous prices, and then I found Office Reality which gave me the stylish look I wanted at a more affordable price. The ordering process was smooth. As it was a bespoke order, there was a longer lead team which I was happily aware of, and the sales team kept me updated with the expected delivery. The delivery was also really smooth - the drivers were very helpful in taking it where we needed it, and gave a quick rundown of how to put it together as well. Assembly was simple, and the instructions were clear. I would happily recommend Office Reality and I would definitely use them again.

Product arrived promptly, well packaged and was easy to assemble in minutes. Good quality fabric and stitching. Pleasantly surprised to have no issues with a first time buy from an online retailer. We will be return customers.

Ridiculous price for glorified plywood, customer service rude and very unhelpful.
Avoid!!!

We ordered the Lomax Square Cafe Tables with an Oak finish and they were the ideal product for our community Cafe. Great service and excellent product with quick delivery and good after sales service.

Was very happy with my order, good quality, and was kept in the loop with every stage of my order

All goods delivered within the expected timeframe. Good communication throughout.

High Chairs are very strong, very satisfied

We ordered a new desk from Office Reality to match our existing desks. Customer services were very helpful in finding the right product for us which arrived promptly and exactly as described. Thank you very much, would recommend.

We order M Line Metal Cupboards - Standard Colours, it received after the date they agreed and also the quality of the product is very poor. we requested for return on immediately they are asking us to pay 150£+VAT for the return of the product where they charged only 30£ for delivery. Please dont trust these guys and dont purchase any product with them.

Would highly recommend this company, quality products and excellent customer service. Delivery when they said it would be delivered, had a slight problem and it was sorted out right away - would use this company again.

I needed 8 office chairs on a next day delivery. I dealt with the Operations Director, Tom, who was extremely helpful from placing the order through to delivery. Chairs are great value for money, comfortable and the quality is fab!

We ordered 7 canteen tables and they arrived in excellent condition within a week of ordering. Would definitely order from here again. Excellent service

We've ordered from office reality a few times now. Each time we have been very happy with how quick the delivery is. The chairs we ordered were straight forward to assemble, no hassle or stress. 100% would recommend them, definitely going to keep ordering with them.

Great service - delivered in a timely manner and great aftercare!
