Ordered two chairs for our office space and they are great, sturdy and colourful. Quick delivery and great communication. Thank you!

The item I needed was not in stock, excellent communication from Nathan Roberts who quickly identified a comparable replacement and kept me informed of the status of the delivery. The chair I received is superb and I think it will last many years. I always go to Office Reality for all furniture and chair requirements as their pricing is always keen.

We have all the partitions in place, and they have helped us greatly in terms of privacy and sectioning the office up whilst looking sleek and professional. We like the fact that we can easily move them around should we require to change the office layout. The delivery driver was also really nice and followed our instructions in terms of dropping off the partitions on the day. Many thanks to you and your team for your assistance.

The ordering and delivery was super easy
We will definitely order office chairs in the future.
Also the communication with the Team is easy and quick.

I ordered 20 chairs for one of our cafes.
The ordering and delivery was so easy and the chairs are extremely comfortable.
We will definitely be using you again!

A very prompt & trouble free transaction. Impressed with the quality of this office chair & very easy to assemble.

We ordered 3 bistro sets for our new staff room, ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I hope the staff love the furniture as much as I do. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from order to delivery. There were no issues and the delivery lads were really fast, efficient and really helpful. Thank you for a great experience - I would heartily recommend this company and their products

Staff were kind, courteous, extremely helpful, and oh so very patient with my company's needs

Great customer service and very flexible with organising deliveries for us. We own large holiday lets, and the products we have chosen are perfect - quality and durable. We will certainly continue to use Online Reality to furnish our future properties.

Recently purchased a set of 6 outdoor tables and chairs for our cafe in a heritage building in the centre of York. Excellent support me service throughout the entire transaction, good value and a quality product which last.

needed new tables for cafe but wanted to see one in "real life" before committing - very helpful telephone conversation helped me organise a "free return for replacement" - which wasn't actually needed as the first table was perfect - and delivered the rest of the tables half price. Very attentive. will be back soon for privacy screens and possibly new seating for our Ballroom!

I trailed through the internet to find a bespoke sized side board for my needs at a reasonable price without losing quality.

Got it on this site. Arrived next day. Very happy with the service. I even had to ask a question to chat support which wasn't a machine and also gave me the answer I needed followed with a call.
