Bunch of scammers. Stay clear of these thieves. Still waiting for my order after 3 months with no communication and probably more than 20 calls, wattsaps and emails.

What the hell happened to the customer service line ,Trace is the worst you can deal with .What happened to Francisca and Luba they knew how to put someone at ease trace just puts you on hold for a whole hour

Waiting more than 20days for my order of brake pads...no response ...all quiet...took my money and ran...this is a scam

Placed order on the 3rd of February, website shows stock. 3 days later phone customer care, then told they need to order part in, and I must wait another week.
Advised I would like to cancel order. customer service lady puts the phone down in my ear.
Now 25th February phoned again and she puts me on hold for 25 minutes then puts the phone down in my ear.
Phone back and she answers and put the phone down as soon as I complain.
I think this should go legal with everyone on this site.

Never in my life again. Wasted money down the drain. No customer service. Tried phoning they keep you on hold for ours or they put the phone down.

Got a quote from Carzone Auto Parts 21 Knights Road, Germiston, for a vehicle body part on 7 February 2026. Document no **********. I delayed the order to see if I could get better courier prices, but with an updated quote on 14 February 2026, Doc no **********. I did an eft on 15vFebruary 2026 and gave them the delivery address. A response came to give me a waybill the next morning. No waybill. Get a message on the Tuesday: [15:55, 2/17/2026] +**********6: Good day , the light was has just been picked up .
[15:55, 2/17/2026] +**********6: Money reflected today morning. Nothing further. i sent them an email 17 February 2026 at 15:01, which brought the following reply :
Good morning sir,
Sorry for the inconveniences caused but have just confirmed the parcel is enroute to you.
Expect delivery today before 4:30pm. I will ask Marcus to send you the waybill.

Queried the waybill and possible delivery date again later that day, threatening to go to Hello Peter, and I get back the following:
Kindly send ur account.
I will ask for a refund payout tomorrow.

No reasons given. Needless to say that up to now and numerous WhatsApps I have not heard from them again, and I am R950 out of pocket. It certainly looks like they are running a ****, so automotive spares seekers, please beware.

Wish I had consulted trustpilot BEFORE placing my order. My experience mirrors that of the other poor folk that have been conned by these people. Took my money; no response to email and whatsapp; order forever "Processing in Progress". The main learning: Just because I site looks like a professional service doesn't mean it is a professional service. Avoid them!

They are scammers-Ordered and payed online-Later informed me that they do not have the part-Will refund me but waiting 2 months already-STAY AWAY.

still waiting for my parts which i ordered on 26-1-26

Guyz this is a scam, I bought four heater glow plugs for my car, paid a full R900 plus R95 for delivery on 04 February 2026. Its been two weeks now no communication status still says in progress so i decided to do a follow up and visit them straight at their branch using their address it turns out they dont even have one, the place is in ruins you can view it on google maps. If you planning to buy there dont save your money this guyz are a complete fraud

We ordered a part on the 30th of January, and since then the best I got was that the courier would collect it last night - 11th of Feb (so much for 2 - 5 days delivery), now no-one is available to give the tracking number, I have been holding for almost 20 minutes and then just cut off twice. This is the worst service I have ever received from a so called "Best" in the industry company. Unfortunately we saw the bad reviews too late. Why is this company still doing business??

Stay away they take your money and don't here anything from them

They are a huge scam. Take your money and then ignore all your calls. Some of their numbers dont even exists.

False claims of stock on hand, excuses on why its not on hand, the receptionist loves to put you on hold for up to 20 minutes, i am sure it can last even longer, i just lost patience after, promises of a refund has yet to happen, first Nadine said it will be refunded next time she claims she never said that but she will get the manager to sign release, since then only excuses if one is lucky to get through

I placed an order with Onlinecarparts on 25/04/2025. To this day, I have not received my parts.

Since placing the order, I have called and emailed multiple times. On each occasion, I was told that the parts would be delivered, but nothing ever arrived and no concrete solution was provided.

Today, when I called again, I was informed that their accounts are under investigation and that customers were supposedly asked to reverse the transactions. However, I was never informed of this by email, phone, or any official communication.

I find it unacceptable that customers are left without their orders, refunds, or proper communication. This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of trust.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before placing an order, especially if timely delivery and transparent communication are important.

They failed delivery of the order. They failed to refund the order. Ordered September 2025. Still nothing. All against their own policy of swift delivery and refunds.
