My phone was bounced back with no change, no repair made. I had only brought it 3 months prior.

Have attempted to contact to ask for refund or an actual repair.

No reply. Done some investigating and turns out a known defective iPhone 7 model A1660 was sold to me.

Now having to go to Apple to sort it with them. Don’t trust companies like this; buy and repair direct from the manufacturer. Saves you a lot of future hassle.

**BEWARE** Sub-standard refurbished phones. IPhone 7+ with missing parts and internal parts held together with tape!! Seller is rude and unhelpful. Research has identified he uses several different addresses. **SCAMMER**

Update 29/08/20 - After 4 months I have got my money back for faulty mobile from the seller. I would encourage all customers with same issue (faulty phone - unresponsive seller) to follow small claim procedure to force the seller to comply.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 7 on Onemoremobile via @eBay in Sep 2019 with 12 months warranty. The phone stopped working 6 months after and Apple support confirmed that phone was faulty and had to be repaired. I made several attempts to contact Onemoremobile but I was unable to do so.
@eBay said there was nothing they could after speaking to their customer service multiple times. I would strongly advise anyone not to buy anything from this company either directly or via @Ebay as eBay have advised they wouldn't help me further. I still have no working phone and no resolution.

Do not deal with this company!

Received iPhone on January 18th 2020 which has not worked from the first day.

Sent several emails telephoned many times, nobody answers. Left 3 telephone messages, no reply.

Disgraceful company

My young daughter bought an iPhone 7 from these people. It soon developed a fault. They left returning it to her, i.e. no postage labels. And now they say they never received it back. I wouldn't buy from them.

I ordered an iphone 7 32GB in an excellent refurbished condition on Dec 6th 2019.

However when the phone was opened up on christmas day there were 2 faults that i would not expect from a phone that is refurbished to an excellent condition.

Firstly, when recording using snapchat there is no recorded audio - the only sound is static noise.

Secondly, when speaking on the phone my voice sounds muffled and crackly.

I have sent several email and left several voicemail messages concerning this matter - but I have had no response yet from onemoremobile.

I used this company last year and the phone worked well and I did not have a problem. However, this time it has been a very different experience and I would not be able to recommend them any more

They sell you a phone saying it will be in excellent condition - they however send you a phone in a complete different colour and in poor condition. Within 6 months the battery is on its last leg and additional faults with the phone. Their ebay page is littered with people having the same issue not receiving the item they ordered and paid for but getting one of a lesser quality. When you contact them they are completely un helpful
