Horrible experience
Horrible experience, being logged out before 10 min from pausing a video (yes, sorry, I really had to go to "the loo", it's definitely my fault) and the result is a white page with no options and a Good Bye message. Great way of treating your End Users trying to replay a webinar within a professional environment ... except that I have a different concept of "professional"
EDIT: I don't expect a huge understanding, but just in case: a super easy way to improve this is to show a page with actual OPTIONS and a link to restart the webinar, like if someone actually cared...
