Hi,

I have ordered a pair of boxing gloves with them for £88 (incl. delivery) and received the order confirmation promptly after payment. After that the company went completely quiet. I have sent them various emails (there is no phone number for them anywhere) asking about the status of my order without any response. When I finally received a response they told me that my gloves are out of stock and that they will be back in a couple of weeks. I have asked for a refund but again I haven't heard back. Incredibly bad customer service to a point that I fear that I have been scammed.

Made an order. Paid for delivery. NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! AWFUL. DO NOT USE!!!

AVOID this 'company'. I ordered a pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps worth £70. I then got an email saying the order had been received. Correspondence after that? None at all. I have tried emailing them several times and calling them several times with no response for a dispatch date. I have requested a cancellation and refund as I now realise I've more than likely been scammed, with no response. I am now going through Klarna (the paying service these crooks use) and my bank to obtain a full refund. I also have a feeling after doing some checking around that these thieves may have been scamming under companies with different names before and that this is their latest website. I would not go anywhere near this oly-fitness.com and I will be making sure this is investigated

Ordered a pair of Boxing gloves for my sons birthday costing £84. A week after ordering I emailed to ask if I would be notified of a dispatch date so I could arrange for someone to be home to collect the package and received an email saying that we’re moving premises and that the query would be replied to. Three days later after hearing nothing I further emailed and asked for a reply or if they even had the product as it says items are dispatched within 1-2 days and I still had t received anything. I informed them that if I hadn’t heard anything by the following day I wanted the order cancelled and a refund. Again I heard nothing. I have now had to contact Klarna who arranges the card payment to try and recoup my money as this company is obviously run by rip off merchants who will take your money and run

I eventually received a refund today (1 month after requesting) and I’m not sure whether it was because of an intervention from Klarna or this business just got their act together but thankfully I’m not out of pocket anymore. Oly-fitness really need to work on their customer service or they won’t be in business for too long

Order took longer than it should of. Apparently there was a death in the family and due to this it slowed down the order process. Customers should have been notified of this, only until I chased them about the order I found this out. Happy with the order but need to keep customers up to date in the future.
