I have had lots of problem on some of games I have tried to correct and work with them getting nothing done last experience talking to there staff she was so rude I could not bleave and tone of voice I cashed my money no longer want to play .they don't understand I am here to have fun when I play on line and hope to win at time not to get aggravated with there games at same time I had my spouse and friend playing game was having problems.good luck with other people playing.

Worst site for easy access. Using Microsoft Edge it only allows successful logins about 25% of the time and tells me I'm not in Ontario. I've lived in Ontario for 70 years. Works most of the time with Chrome browser but why should a valued customer need to keep switching between browsers. All in all, OLG is a bad experience.

Absolutely garbage worst betting site on earth I have been waiting since February for the Super Bowl winnings I have over 750 in my account and they suspended my account saying they will contact me with the next steps. If anyone else were to do what they are doing they would be in jail but it’s okay for OLG since they are the government

Site is garbage. The biggest rip off site I have found to date. All roulette tables are rigged which is clearly visible during the spin. You won't win on a slot machine until pump in thousands. You could go through 100 and won't find a winner until there computer system feels they've scammed you enough. And forget about betting more then 3 dollars per spin, you will loose a grand without a simple win.
Stay away from any sites that Igaming Ontario is connected to. I promise you, you are being set up to loose. You might win a few hundred bucks but they will take it right back. Its one big scam. Go play American sites, yes the exchange sucks but you can get that back when you actually win something.

Very bad experience, I have been waiting for more than 4 months to get my account verified, it doesn’t work.

I can't figure out why my account is suspended. I have talked to people directly, and they told me they can't tell me why. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and nothing. And asked to speak to somebody in the department that suspends the account and nothing. Honestly. I can't figure out why my account is suspended. I had mentioned to them too that I need to buy my lottery tickets online. Because I do not have a license for medical Reasons. They just brushed it off and really didn't care.

Its been a month still waiting on word of a withdraw I sent my bank details and still waiting for a reply of withdraw. I just want $60 dollars to buy more food I don't think online gambling website will pay out its better to go to the physical casino and play.

SCAM site. It's more evident that OLG doesn't want to rush the pay out from their site. They except deposits in a minute but win and try to withdraw you can't. No other company that does bank verification takes longer than a few minutes while you're connected to their site. So why is a Ontario government gambling site refusing to pay customers when they know everyone else can verify and pay people on time. Seriously illegal. Do not sign up! OLG IS A SCAM.
Imagine that they draw the numbers after they have access to all the picked plays, then use their own «software" to draw the numbers. No auditors, no live draw, just a note "we are crushing the numbers" yeah sure.

So I felt compelled to write this after reading all the negative reviews about not being able to withdraw your winnings on the app. So this has been my experience...It is a little frustrating when you first have to input all your banking info...I had an OLG rep guide me through a phone call. Once that is in place it is absolutely very easy. For example last week I won $500 and $780 . On two separate days. I requested to withdraw my winnings. I received the money in my account 2 days later each time. Hope that helps

It is abundantly clear that lines of numbers and Encore numbers are NOT RANDOM selections. For example, why do I get the following from a "quick pick" (I'll give you the first few numbers of each line, then you judge):

And I asked for two Encores:

NOTE: not only do both Encore numbers begin and end with the same digit, but ALSO the second Encore number has digits in positions two and three being half the value of the same digits in the first Encore number.
I have experienced similar so called "random" selections from the terminal on many occasions now and I'm watching.

It has been over 2 months and after contacting them many times same answer. They are experiencing high than normal volume and cannot provide a timeline to verify my account. Not a professional organization. Why offer a online casino if you cannot support customers.

Also good luck sending them an email. You get back a reply 'Mail box full". Really?

They'll take your money, no problem, but good luck trying to get any out!
I can understand that they have an "influx" of new accounts because of the superbowl, but it's been close to 2 months I've been waiting for "account verification" without which you cannot make withdrawals.
