I reported an issue right after the balance of my account disappeared, and the customer service can’t even answer me right away what really happened, i have to follow up them and almost one week before they can tell me what happened to my balance , it was shocking when they informed me that i made a withdrawal with transaction no. ,.when I did not make any withdrawal but they keep insisting i did . So disappointed
