First order received ok and then stopped receiving. Wonder if something has happened to owner Andrew Blackman. Will contact bank to resolve. Any other contact with the owner would be appreciated to be shared.

After quite a few successful orders in 2025 I unfortunately had to get my bank involved to process chargebacks for 2 recent transactions the orders weren't processed/dispatched.

Please do not order from this site.

Do not buy. Order placed for a MTG subscription on December 10th and was never dispatched. Reached out multiple times with no response or acknowledgement. Complete waste of money!

Signed up for an MTG monthly subscription in January of this year, until 3 month ago I would have given 5 stars as the packs always arrived. Last 3 months no packages, and now no response to emails for the last week. Last 3 didn't show and refund received without any communication.

Complete Scam. Set up a subscription and paid. A month later it has said its been dispatched but receive nothing and they dont respond to emails. Complete scam.

Guys a scammer, don't believe the positive reviews, signed up for a MTG subscription paid £16 and after they have apparently been dispatched nothing has arrived after nearly 3 weeks. Tried to contact him several times with no answers, replies, replacements or refunds. A lot of people on here seem to have had similar if not worse experiences.

Received order and an email explaining the delay. Website needs abit of work but can confirm they are a legit company.

Do not buy from these. Purchased the subscription for cards through them. Nothing received. No contact. Raised a dispute with bank to get money back but Okami are claiming that transaction is fulfilled.

Brought some mtg boxes all came fast and wrapped safely will be differently ordering from here again

I signed up to a monthly subscription and after paying for two months I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried emailing and messaging over social media but never get any response. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using this website. I’m now out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

Ordered a few boxes of photon hyper nova came well packed and pulled all the cards I needed

For those looking to order from Okami, please save your time and shop elsewhere. Their website although appearing to be up to date at the time of me writing; does not fulfil any orders placed and will ghost all forms of contact, whether it’s an order question or refund. Their social media has always appeared to have gone dark since February 2022. If you have placed an order, please raise a dispute with your bank as other customers are experiencing difficulties through PayPal. I received a refund with my bank within 5 minutes of raising a dispute.

The company has not always been this way and used to be a solid retailer that I have shopped with successfully in the past. However, I believe the business has run into financial difficulties and has since folded but has not yet closed their website or social media.

Been scammed out of thousands of pounds, no replies from Andrew, no refund for him continuously being unable to fulfil orders and promises. I preordered several cases of a set and I have been absolutely robbed out of every penny. Be very careful, he will go to refund you on PayPal via cheque, it then goes into a ‘pending status’ before the money hits your bank which takes over 10 days, and then last minute he will cancel the transaction/ refund and start the process again continuously which is a loophole that PayPal struggle to get around due to him technically being in the process of refunding you when really he is fully intending on cancelling it. If my refund does not go through this time, I will be taking full legal action with no costs spared.

Do not buy!! This guy is a scammer, taking money and not delivering. Now he is ignoring all communication, please do not buy.

I would do zero but that’s not possible. I’ve been waiting for my cards for 4 months and he’s not replied and not refunded. I’m livid with this service and to be honest tempted to take legal action. AVOID at all costs.
