Poor customer service

I ordered two items from this company and only one item arrived. This was over two weeks ago and despite emailing the company this has not been resolved. I have paid for the items but I am being brushed off.

DISGUSTING COMPANY AVOID

Ordered single duvet set . Not heard a thing. Tried contacting, what a farce. Got the same reply 3 times. A week on not even sent out. Asked for refund now but doubtful I'll get one.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN . ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT!!!

Customer service is non existant! Ordered 3 bed bolsters and furry pillows were really cheap when they arrived suprised how good they where for the price! Then realised one was missing so didnt have the right no for the bed informed OHS CService heard nothing for weeks so decided to return the pillows THE RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE! strugled thru they will only use Yodel managed to find a Yodel drop off site and got the label printed(you only have a fortnight to return which is bad) took photo of parcel at drop site.Checked tracking on Yodel saw it had arrived back awaited refund nothing! Contacted them nothing!Then searching thru old spam e-mails found one from OHS Please upload your return tracking no if you dont you wont get a refund and items will be put back into stock! NOWHERE IS THIS MENTIONED IN THERE RETURNS ADVICE! So have lost £32! Stupidlly didnt use pay pal or coud have claimed from them. So DONT ORDER FROM OHS! unless your sure you want it because returns/missing items will not be refunded no matter what you do! Thats prob why there stuff is so cheap! O and be sure to use paypal so you can get your money back from them at least! Will never use them again for anything!!!

scum simple purchased an item for the kitchen it did not arrive as stated and OHS are refusing to investigate, my neighbour on the ground floor has security camera and no evri courier entered the block of flats at all yesterday we have went through footage from 2 pm yesterday afternoon right up to 7.15 am this morning, i want my money back

Shambles

Been a loyal customer for a while but I ordered some curtains on a pre order I've waited a month ! Was supposed to be sending them out by 26th customer service is appalling you just get excuses and told if it doesn't suit you waiting for them contact for a refund I've already waited a month and the curtains are on sale I don't see what the issue is I won't be returning after paying a month ago and left begging for them since I'm so angry

Ordered via Debenhams. Cushion covers that were meant to be pink are white and very low quality. Blankets are extremely low quality. Rug is awful and has a big fold in the middle. You get what you pay for but these are so poor they may as well be single use items!

Poor quality blankets and still no refund

Very disappointed with the products and the customer service. I received 2 weighted blankets leaking tiny glass beads all over...
Customer service takes days to answer, they finnaly helped me organise the return with Yodel 3 weeks after and then no updates about the refund...

I have been talking to the customer service for the past two weeks to try to find out about the refund and I got answers from different agents that were not about the refund.... I am still owed 50 pounds. It's been ongoing since early February. So frustrating I dont recommend.

Awful! Read the reviews.

I ordered over £390 worth of curtains, towels, and bedding, expecting quality products as described. However, what I received was nothing short of cheap, poorly made items that do not match their descriptions.
• The towels, advertised as 100% cotton, are anything but soft—they feel rough, low-quality, and uncomfortable to use.
• The bedding is so thin and cheaply made that it’s practically see-through, with barely any material used.
• The curtains are the worst of all. The lining is plastic, making them look like black bin liners from the outside. On top of that, the stitching is completely uneven, with mismatched fabric and visible seams where pieces were carelessly sewn together.

Disappointed with the quality, I immediately requested a refund, but the process was an absolute nightmare. I had to chase them through more than 10 emails just to confirm they had received my returned items. After all that, I finally got my refund on 15/03, only to find that they had deducted £137.99 in so-called return costs—something they never made clear upfront.

This company is clearly not following UK consumer laws, and I refuse to let this go. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and reaching out to Panorama to investigate their misleading business practices. No company should be allowed to get away with scamming customers like this.

Zero stars if i could

Zero stars if i could. First and last time ordering with this company and i wish i had read the terrible reviews before i bought anything from them. No refund, generic e mail when contacting customer services, no telephone number to discuss issues etc. Cheap shoddy goods. Oh well once burned etc. Absolutely would not recommend to friends or family 😥

Dont buy anything from them

Dont buy anything from them. They sell substandard products and never would issue you a refund. i sent their product back as instructed and they did not issue a refund. I have sent several emails and they email back asking the same question. i guess all this is in the hope you get tired and stop bothering. They are incompetent and fraudulent

Ohs Load of rubbish!

Load of rubbish!! The curtains was crapp you miles well stuck them in your shower as shower curtains material was shocking !! I sent them back never received my refund I went to my credit card company as this company was ignoring my emails and they managed to shut my claim down which I’m still in process with as I’m going further!! I have proof of receipt sending items bk and they also lost my parcel and Iv been waiting 3 months for !! They said it’s from a different department and that I have to wait months for it this is storage bags like the cheap ones you get on Temu !! And Iv emailed them so many times they won’t answer any !! I will say this is my first and last order I will never make another order that’s for sure 👍 horrendous company Iv never felt like this before I surely won’t be making this mistake again !! There guna be getting a bad review from me that’s for sure !!!

A bit ok, but a lot bad 😔

I've have had some OK and more not OK experiences with the company. The products are really cheap, so that's good, if they're suitable...and I have kept a few things. A rug at £6 was a bargain. But their quality control seems to be non existent. There were 2 holes in a hoodie blanket, which they did send a replacement for. But recently, a duvet set arrived with various dirty stains on it, and the seams were puckered in places. Not stitched properly at all. The set actually looked like it had been used 🤢
They're also not quick in refunding. A few times I've had to email asking where my refund was. The other snag is when returning items, they don't provide you with a QR code like all other companies. Instead, you have to pay £3.95 or so to print out your own label, and my printer doesn't work, so I'm constantly having to pester people to print my labels. Reading all the comments under their Facebook posts, there are loads of complaints about their customer service (or lack of it.) Says it all really. It's a shame, but they need to get their act together before sales dwindle.... and it will do at a quicker rate than it probably is at the moment. I rarely complain or write negative reviews, but I'm hoping that this will help them to rectify things.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Ordered coverless duvet and 2 fitted sheets. Duvet received fitted sheets nNOT RECEIVED. Order 22nd Jan . Tried contacting customer services received a generic email stating possible 2 separate deliveries. Tried calling phone always busy and hangs up on you.
No reply to further emails. POOR SERVICE ONE FED UP CUSTOMER. Paid for via Klarna

30 day rule

Bought a cover less duvet bought 28 dec due to holidays , it took over 10 days to come , was impressed so I bought 2 more , cane to wash the first one as with the label I followed instructions after 10 min in tumble dryer it burnt like flames where on it, took it out side took photos and then sent to ohs nreply they were sorry and asked did I want a refund or replacement
I wanted a refund was told it would be sorted to be told after 4 days I had it 30 days I told them no took 10 days to come ten for them to reply , so no refund ,they said sorry they will try harder , so in reality I had to get the bedding wash it to show that in burst into flames , I am disgusted in the company I am a pensioner to some £25 not a lot to me it is 30 days 20 days to come and reply so I just had to a heavy duvet on 3 days , as that what they are implying , I never ever will buy from ohs again , not that they are bothered .

Mattress lol

The ad says:"The combination of a spring support layer and body contouring memory foam ensures a great nights sleep. This is a quality mattress at an affordable price. It is suitable for all sleeping styles and features sustainable MATERIALS WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH! Didn't expand even after 48 hours and obviously not much memory foam as the springs get you every time you move! It's on its way to the charity shop....

I ordered 2 cuddle cushions on 22nd…

I ordered 2 cuddle cushions on 22nd January one was a present so I didn't open it until 13th Feb one of the cushions had a rip in it and one of the cuddle arms had no filling so was very floppy I emailed straight away with photos with the problem on the 13th Feb had a reply today saying seeing as its out of the 30 day policy of refunds or returns there was nothing they could do. Think someone is bad with their maths as I'm still in the 30 day policy will never order from them again
