It Is permanently replacing my Samsung galaxy watch. So much nicer looking, more comfortable, slimmer, lighter, and I love it's magnetic band! And it's hard to believe the battery lasts a full week! It's just amazing. And under $100 bucks in my hands. Just hard to even believe it. Thank you so very much! 👍👌
AVOID THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT
Update, we sent Lina pictures of the watch which she was demanding. It’s now been 5 days of no response as she agreed that once pictures received she will send labels for a full refund.
Please don’t order anything from this fraudulent company who are praying on the vulnerable like myself who have serious health conditions. Inaccurate readings have serious consequences.
Not as good as it claims
The OHO Pro claims to be a smart watch yet it is no better than a fitness watch such as fitbit. It also has features of fitbit missing, eg. timer. The setup instructions tell you to use the QR code yet that takes you to a financial app. The WearPro app is OK but clunky, the colours are poor so much of the text is impossible to read. I emailed support asking a few questions but got no reply.

A bit of a waste of money. The battery life has turned out to be 3 days not 7. The blood pressure test is very inaccurate. It needs a night time setting that automatically dims. Every time I move at night it is like having Blackpool illuminations in the room. I think I will be returning to my Fitbit.

I’ve had a nightmare it packed up after a couple of days and the help desk have been very hard to contact and not very helpful it now looks like it’s going to be an loss on my bank account
My advice pay a bit more and buy a watch that works with some back up

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased the OHO smartwatch because it would monitor blood pressure. It wasn't as difficult as most technology to set up. However some information, especially how to take your blood pressure, was only on the website. I never did try that feature. After wearing the watch for 7 - 10 days, it was quite evident that the number of steps and sleep record were very inaccurate. I contacted the company which responded immediately and said to try a reset. When that didn't work, the company wanted to replace the watch, but I did not want to take the chance that those 2 issues might not still work and asked for a refund. They agreed immediately and helped me through the process. I did pay the postage to return the watch which I did not mind. They handled everything on their end immediately and I received a full refund as soon as they received the watch back. Lina was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Their customer service was perfect!
TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY..........
Based on my experience:if you want a watch that gives you wildly inaccurate and dangerous BP readings then buy this watch.
If you want a watch where you purchase an additional warranty and it is not provided then buy this watch. If you want a watch where customer services cease to talk to you after purchase then buy this watch. If you want watch that you are unable to return because there is no detail on how to do it then buy this watch. If you do not want any of the above then do not buy this watch!!

BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a FRAUD! If I could rate them a -10 stars I would, they DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. This company has the crappiest customer service on the ENTIRE internet! They took my money immediately and NEVER sent the order! All I have received are auto generated emails saying they’ll give me tracking in 2 to 4 days. It’s been a month and still no order or tracking number like they have promised! They totally LIE to you! I’ve sent numerous emails and only get the same stupid auto generated responses from them every time. THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY and I’ve asked for it several times! ITS A TOTAL SCAM! They take your money for a product they can’t produce and they KEEP IT! I ordered 2 of everything they had as Christmas gifts. They ruined my Christmas by never sending my order and keeping my money for the gifts I bought. All I have are dozens of fake emails saying they’ll give me tracking in 2 days or sooner! I DO NOT LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF! You cannot take money for something you can’t produce THATS FRAUD!
I bought this watch as a gift and it keeps on giving in a bad way
I bought this watch as a gift and the recipient didn't want it. It has been the worst experience to try and return it. They try to wear you down to keep it and offer you approx half of what was paid. They require every item ordered to be returned in a separate box with pretty large labels so it isn't to your benefit because you pay for returns. They also want photos or videos of the products prior to return. And then you must email them the tracking number. It's an ordeal. Can't speak for the actual product but the customer service is horrible.
Update: the day after I took the watch to the post office I received an email indicating that my money had been refunded.

Never received a confirmation of my order even though the website says you get immediate confirmation. this company has no phone contact. My credit card was charged. I have no order # or way of tracking the order. I sent in a support ticket and got an email stating that orders were delayed until September of 2022 which means the answer was never updated and a person wrote me asking for my name and email address which they could have seen from the email. I responded with the info another day has gone by and no answer from them. I am beginning to think this company is a total fraud. Horrible customer service.

Poor step counter
Had my watch 6 weeks now. Can't fault customer support but.....the watch has its' faults. The principal one is that it is not at all sensitive to steps taken. I tested it and it counted just 1 in 9 steps. Customer Support (Lina) responded but wasn't able to give effective advice to overcome the problem.
Since steps are important to me I have 'binned' the watch and gone back to my Fitbit which is far more accurate.

I found this watch for my Dad
I found this watch for my Dad. He got sick and was in the hospital before the watch arrived. He was unable to win his battle and gained his place in heaven. I reached out to get a refund and Lina was very prompt with responding. I was able to keep the watch and still get half a refund but was offered a full refund. OHO has amazing customer service and I will keep them in mind if I or anyone I know needs a great watch!

Suddenly my watch stopped functioning…
Suddenly my watch stopped functioning and I couldn't bind it with my phone. Lina surmised that it was a blue tooth issue and gave me instructions. Upon checking the watch, I found the blue tooth off. Turned it on and it immediately bound with my phone, and everything is functioning.
