The experience was great. Communicated through the whole purchase, and knew what we purchased was authentic. Image exactly what we viewed.
However, I do have a query re spelling - the last paragraph - should it read ‘bear’ or ‘bare’ ??

Change courier service
While the memorabilia was outstanding the courier service was not.
Despite scheduling a redirection before delivery my valuable piece was left at my front door unattended. Suggest NOT using Couriersplease

Customer service not helpful
Delivery of the item took 8 weeks. Was told, week after week, that it would be dispatched early the next week by customer service. When it was finally dispatched, it seemed to be lost in transit. Customer service did nothing to chase it up even though they said they would. Any communication from customer service was received a week apart, and only after I checked back in to see if it had been resolved. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with someone from Toll Deliveries who very quickly found out what the hold up was and resolved the situation.

How these guys are official to the AFL…
How these guys are official to the AFL is beyond me, order a premiership medal, firstly there's no certificate of authentication, I received it just to seethe box damaged, the outer case is peeling, has imperfections all over it, dents, there's a hole in the inner case that holds the medal itself, and the medal itself is not a complete replicate, it's just one sided and glued to the inner box.for the money payed it's very poor quality, just been slapped together quickly.
Have emailed them, 2 days not even a reply.
So for whatever it's worth I'll be contacting the AFL.
