I bought a pair of their "leather" shoes.

They're not leather. They're a man-made plastic fabric.

Request for refund was ignored.

The same as everyone else on the reviews - wrong size sent - then said £10 discount on their site or send back to an obscure address in china - seems like a scam to me - and replies get ruder as you just ask for your money back - if they are selling to the UK does our trading standards not apply?

They sent me the wrong style of shoes. They expected me to pay for me to return the shoes to China (likely to cost as much as the shoes and told me it takes about a month to get to their warehouse and there is a risk of loss during transit) so I was not prepared to return them. I have exchanged daily emails with them and they are refusing to send me the style of shoe I ordered. This means they have taken my money and not sent me what I ordered. I would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered some shoes over a week ago, seems to be taking forever.
They gave me a tracking code but it's no use as it's in Chinese.
Avoid at all costs. Going to try and get a refund but not too hopeful.

Stay away from this company. They're scamming you and they won't refund your money. I waited 16 days for my shoes, and then they sent me shoes two sizes smaller. I asked for a refund, and they told me they'd cover the return shipping costs, but they told me it was too expensive and I had to manage it myself. It's a disgrace. Waste of money.

The tracking number I have been given can't be found. I ordered in October and am still waiting for delivery. I am now told that the shoes will be here in the next three days - I do not believe a word of it. Watch this space............

Ordered boots, then after reading reviews thought I had made a mistake and wouldn't see anything, but I got message they had been dispatched. They arrived and were exactly what I required, the quality and size were perfect. The only downside was the time it took to dispatch and the communication was let's say vague.

Don’t order from this company!!! It’s a rip off. Ordered a pair of shoes, Size 11. They sent me a pair size 9.5!! Won’t give me a full refund or send the correct size. Only offered me a 20% refund. No return policy either.

Absolute scum, they take your money and run, do not reply to emails, absolutely nothing

Ordered boots in wide fitting didn't fit because nobody took into account the ankle area which would of been OK for tiny feet. When you email them to return they offer 15% refund which went up to 20%. Advised not to send back as they would probably get lost in post. This is the second pair of shoe that fitted terrible. The first pair just got thrown away. Never buy crap again of this lot. The 3 pairs of shoes I got of fitsville fit perfectly avoid at all cost.

I had an awful experience with Office Summers Shoes. The item I received was not what was advertised — completely different in quality and style. When I contacted them to explain that they had sent the wrong product based on false and misleading information, their response was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

They do accept returns, but at the buyer’s own expense to China, which costs almost as much as the shoes themselves! Despite the fact that it was their mistake, they refused to cover the return postage or take responsibility.

This is unacceptable and dishonest business practice. The product is low quality, the description is false, and their customer service is disrespectful.
Avoid this company — they are misleading buyers and operating unethically.

I ordered a pair of size 12 men’s walking shoes (slip ons) they are more like size 10.5 Nowhere near the description I read online. Not great quality either. I would not use this company again. They do not respond to complaints. Charity shop was happy.

I ordered a pair of boots and I was very disappointed with the order. Firstly it took far longer to arrive than anticipated and then when the boots arrived they didn't fit. The customer service department were good and they did reply to my emails but it seems that the situation was out of their control. Apparently the boots come from China - a fact that wasn't mentioned in the original advertisement and there was no returns policy, other than returning them to China at great expense. I am now stuck with a pair of boots I can't wear. Very unhappy with the experience.

I have,foolishly,placed an order with this company recently for a oair of shoes offered on a Facebook ad.Today I requested a delivery forecast,but they do not recognise my order number.I have emailed them and await reply,but fear that results will be negative, as this is ,it appears,a China based company,which also trades as "OFFICESHOES".My request for a delivery forecast directed me to suspect sites,which I declined to enter.They also give a JD EXPRESS reference.I have advised them that,if no satisfactory response is received,I will be contacting my credit card supplier to terminate payment.I will try to ensure that I check with you for company details before ordering anything in future.
Much to my surprise,though the vendor has not yet replied to my email,the package was delivered today,by Evri as a J.D.com Cross Border delivery.This company name did not relate to my order.The shoes delivered are of average quality,but size 44,instead of size 46 ordered.I have,accordingly,increased their rating,but will not be using their services again.

sandals/trainers were not fit for purpose , only offered to return these sandals bu they said they would probably get lost in the post. offered me 15% refund and told me to keep the sandals.

I've been trying to unsubscribe and cancel an order since Jan 2025. Absolutely nothing from them other than a constant email asking me to purchase a pair of shoes i shown interest in. I sent a question that was never answered and so chose not to continue with any purchase. Now I would just like the emails telling me I have an outstanding purchase to stop.

Cannot return goods, Cannot talk to any body, can't exchange goods, once you pay ,can't get your money back, so if the shoes don't fit!!!!!!!!

Ordered on line. Order form took all my details correctly. Tracked it and was claimed as being delivered. No idea where but the parcel was addressed to my first name and the road I live in. No surname, no flat number no building name. Useless customer services just say down to delivery service which is total rubbish

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One was supposedly 'leather'. Definitely not. I ordered UK 9.5. One pair was too small (no actual size label) and one an EU 45 (too big). Waited about a month for delivery. When I complained, I was offed a 20% refund of my £35 cost or a very 'dodgy' tracked return to China at my own cost.

I ordered two Men's Vintage Open Toe Breathable Slippers on the 25/04/2025. Up till now i did not receive it. the courier company Evri advised me to contact the retailer and let them know that the items were damaged when it get to them.
