Sie nahmen mein Geld via Kreditkarte und gaben mir keine Guthabenkarte von jeton. Stattdessen sollte ich mich aufwendig sinnlos verifizieren. Dies war aber schon mit dem kartenzahlungsvorgang erfolgt. Ich stornierte daraufhin den Kaufvorgang, nachdem der Chat mit Kundendienst völlig unbefriedigend verlief. Sie behielten einfach meine 21,48 Euro. Offgamer oder wie diese scamer sich schimpfen sind Diebe.Nachtrag:Der Betrag wurde nach der Veröffentlichung eine Woche später gutgeschrieben. Trotzdem falscher Ablauf. Erst verifizieren, dann Zahlvorgang ermöglichen.

Seit Januar warte ich auf meine Rückzahlung nachdem die Verifikation mehrmals scheiterte. Mein Geld haben sie genommen. Auf meine Emails bekomme ich immer wieder die gleiche Antwort, dass ich 1-14 Tage usw warten soll. Dann soll ich mich wieder verifizieren obwohl mir mitgeteilt wurde dass ich mich für Rückzahlungen nicht verifizieren muss. In meinen Augen ist das Betrug und Antwort bekommt man immer nur von einem Computer!

Funktioniert einwandfrei
Ich habe dort für 360 Euro französiche Amazon gutscheine bestellt um im Ausland bestellen zu können. Ich musste mich aufgrund der Menge des Geldes verifizieren was ich akzeptabel finde nach der verifikation habe ich alle codes bekommen und sie haben auch alle funktioniert. der erste code über 50€ erfoderte keine verifikation und ich hatte ihn nach 3 Minuten. Das bezahlen mit Paypal lief auch super. Würde wieder dort kaufen. Für die 360€ musste ich ca 25€ extra zahlen was günstiger ist als bei den meisten anderen Händlern.

Finger weg!!!
Ich kann die Seite nicht empfehlen. Zwei Transaktionen, ich warte seit nunmehr 2 Wochen auf die bestellten codes, obwohl ich per Sofortüberweisung und per SEPA-Überweisung bezahlt habe. Das Geld ist lange von meinem Konto weg, Ware bekomme ich keine. Die Erklärungen des supports sind allenfalls ansatzweise nachvollziehbar. Nun wurde ein Vorgang trotz gegenteiliger Absprache storniert und ich soll in weiteren 14 Tagen (!) meine Überweisung erstattet bekommen (minus 0,99 EUR Gebühr). Der andere Vorgang ist noch in der Schwebe und ich warte weiter auf die Ware. Das Ganze ist sehr mysteriös. Und zwischendurch soll man dann seinen Perso senden, außerdem ein Selfie mit Perso etc. Was ich nicht mache und auch nicht empfehlen würde. Genauso, wie ich niemandem empfehlen würde, bei OffGamers eine Bestellung durchzuführen. Wenn man Masochist ist und sich gerne ärgert oder seine Zeit mit nutzloser Kommunikation verschwendet, dann ist man dort genau richtig. Wenn man was kaufen möchte, dann ist man leider komplett verkehrt.
Update: Der zweite Vorgang wurde ebenfalls von Offgamers storniert. Sachstand nach zwei Wochen ist also, dass ich keine Ware erhalten habe und nun darauf hoffen muss, dass ich irgendwann meine Überweisungen zurück bekomme. Es bleibt nur noch zu hoffen, dass hier nicht am Ende eine Strafanzeige notwendig wird.

2 transactions, both have been at first delayed by Offgamers for 2 weeks (for a so-called 'Verification'), both have been cancelled by Offgamers after two weeks, i have never received any goods for my money and they now tell me i have to wait another 14 days (!) until i will get my money back. If the latter does not happen i will be forced to press criminal charges. I strongly recommend to everyone to not use that Website if you wanna stay happy or intent to buy anything.

We are striving to ensure that with time, the process would be more streamlined and would be easier and hassle-free.
In regards to your order, we were not able to release your order as the payment you have made had not completed the clearance cycle and therefore we were not able to immediately release the order. Payment clearance for banks receiving the payments may differ which may go anywhere between 3 to 15 working days under a Clearing process which is a term widely used in the Finance Industry, including banks. We do different payment services available at our checkout page for your preusal and as well as a guide for the payment methods that we are offering that may not require a 14-day clearance.
We however do appreciate your feedback on this as well as your understanding and patience in this matter.

Lächerliche Wartezeit, unzureichender Support
Obwohl mit Sofortüberweisung gezahlt soll ich nun 2 Wochen auf die bestellten Sachen warten und Bestellung absagen geht angeblich lt. Support auch nicht. Kann nur davon abraten, dort zu bestellen.
