Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take feedback like this very seriously, especially when it involves expectations around outcomes, communication, and continuity of care.
First, I want to address your results. We never want a client to feel that they invested in their health and were left without value or support. Regenerative therapies are an evolving field, and outcomes can vary significantly from person to person. That said, it is our responsibility to communicate expectations clearly and ethically. If you were led to believe there was an “80% chance” of eliminating insulin for Type 1 Diabetes, that does not align with how these therapies are represented in our company, and we take that concern very seriously.
Second, your experience with inconsistent communication and changing representatives is not the standard we aim to deliver. Continuity, trust, and structured follow ups by your health care provider are critical, especially for complex conditions. It’s clear your provider did not meet those expectations and we will address this immediately. Because this review is anonymous, we’re unable to identify your case directly. We do have a defined follow up protocol (1 week, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months post procedure), and we would very much like to understand where that process broke down in your situation.
Regarding your treatment setting, we partner with licensed medical providers, and the treating provider is responsible for clinical follow up care. Our role is to support and coordinate alongside them. However, you should always feel informed, prepared, and connected to your care team throughout the entire process. If that wasn’t your experience, that is something we want to address immediately.
On the topic of sourcing and regulatory matters, including your mention of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, we continuously monitor all partners and suppliers. Compliance, safety, and quality are top priorities, and we take any new information seriously, reviewing and acting as appropriate to maintain the highest standards.
Most importantly, we want the opportunity to make this right. Your case deserves a thorough, senior level review, not a generic response. Please reach out to us directly at support@odinstemcells.com or through our website so we can:
- Review your full history
- Reassess your case with your clinical provider
- Provide clear next steps or potential options
We are committed to learning from this and ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their entire journey, not just at the point of treatment. We sincerely hope to connect with you directly.
