Ordered their products for a graduation gift.
The package arrived in time but it was not even a package, I got them in plastic zip bags and an earring was ruined, also the backs(?) Of the earrings are the rubber ones, not even the metal ones.
Contacted them for a refund like 5-6 times they never replied on any platform
Never took the products out of the bags so I don't know if they are good quality and actually silver but I can say that I found the exact same ring and earrings on shein at like 2 euros.
I am so mad that I lost more than 50 euros on fake jewellery from China (yes the delivery was from there and not London like they say) and they don't even accept refunds even if it's possible as their website says.

Due to some issues with the delivery carrier, the parcel was not delivered the first time, however the seller went above and beyond to ensure a replacement was sent as priority. Not a lot of people would be this patient and cooperative, love my new ring and its quality!

It’s a scam. It says it’s S925 sterling silver but it’s definitely not. Only after few hours of wearing it the ring started to turn black already.
