Very pleased with my experience today. I was helped quickly, and my O2 advisor Anees went above and beyond to help me switch a pay-as-you-go account to an eSIM, coming up with different solutions when one wasn’t available in store. Much appreciated!

Friendly quick efficient and finally solved my issue
Anees and Idris were really friendly, locked in on helping me with my complicated issue and got it sorted super fast more than I was expecting after hours of being passed around virgin media and o2 on the phone.
