I visited the O2 shop today in…
I visited the O2 shop today in westfield and although I am absolutely leaving and suing this horrible network, the staff in the shop were very helpful especially Aminah K who was on the phone to other team members trying to get the bottom of my issue and resolve it. Aminah was extremely helpful
and understanding. However, I left with my issue still unresolved only because the issue was beyond Aminah and there’s only so much she can do as a customer service advisor. I implore everyone else already on O2 to leave the network for their own good or not ever join if they are planning on joining.
Experience with Aminah 5 star , O2 as a network 0! with minus points if possible !

A huge thank you to Amina K for the amazing service! I needed a SIM replacement and had already visited the store a few days earlier, but unfortunately her colleagues weren’t able to resolve the issue.
When I came back, Amina took the time to understand the problem and was able to sort everything out quickly and professionally. She was friendly, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing. Her excellent customer service turned what had been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.

Abdulkarim was very helpful and patient, was having issues with my E sims when i got back from holiday and after many network resets and sim replacements we find out it was a hardware issue so advised me to have the phone checked out with apple, appreciate his efforts
