I do not recommend this company
I do not recommend this company. The shipment was supposed to come from 5 to 7 days and none of that. I waited 13 days and didn't get there. They didn't answer my emails. I don't know where they got 5 stars on Trustpilot.

We are sorry you feel like this regarding your service, but we do try and provide the best service for all out customers.
I have spoken to the team and we were expecting to receive the product as the item was out of stock, but this got delayed. There was a miscommunication we were meant to send you an email, but this was overlooked.
After you sent your email, we did reply to this and confirmed the order had been refunded due to product shortage from the company and it takes several days for the refund to be process.
Sorry again for the trouble caused but we hope you will shop with us again and we will endeavour to improve your experience.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered two products and the pharmacy were having trouble getting hold of one. I got a phone call to explain what was happening and some options e.g wait for the new version of the product or cancel the second product. I received a second phone call to let me know they had tracked down the original product and could get it sent to me. The service was brilliant, I felt like a valued customer even though this was my first time purchasing online with them. Thank you for all the effort you went to.
