Lack of Clarity - Updated based on Numatours response
Itinerary was not provided upon purchase, and clarity was not provided on the amount of time allocated for the Arena tour. On the official website they say you have 20 minutes to view the area from the arena, but we only had 5 and were quickly told to proceed even though this is the main attraction of the area.
Update;
As NumaTours wants clarifications on the difficulties faced. By "itinerary was not provided"? I mean that specific expectations of how long we will spend in the arena is not outlined. If what is being told is true on the arena time, it is simply being limited by the tour guide alone to a couple minutes rather than the expected 20 minutes
FYI: please check the 24h inly ticked colosseums official website and the time regulations.
Again, the time inside did not vary depending on any crowd levels or park regulations as instead of telling us that we can spend some time, the guide themselves decided one or two minutes was fine and that we should leave after that, no park officials cane to us or the tour guide to ask us to move from the premises.

We’d like to clarify that this was a 3-hour guided tour covering the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. There is no additional itinerary beyond what is already outlined. Could you kindly clarify what you meant by “itinerary was not provided”?
Regarding the Arena time, please note that access is managed by the Colosseum Archaeological Park, not by Numa Tours. Time inside can vary depending on crowd levels and park regulations.

Colesseum and Roman Forum tour
Tour guide for the Roman Forum and Colesseum was super knowledgeable and very patient with our group. Made sure we were in the shade when possible and pointed out water fountains to fill our water bottles. Was especially patient with an elderly member of the group who needed some extra time. Be aware there is a lot of walking with some steep steps and ramps. Excellent tour though and learned so much.

Our tour guide
Our tour guide, Alessandra, was AMAZING and made our tour incredible. She was extremely knowledgable and taught us so much!! She also made sure to keep us in the shade as much as possible, and to make stops at water fountains to refill our waters. This was so important as it was such a hot day! I would recommend this tour, and especially this guide, to anyone!

Our guide was fantastic
Our guide was fantastic, (I'm so sorry but cannot remember her name) her knowledge was so interesting and her relay of history was made so interesting in the way it was told to us. I definitely would recommend this colleseum tour but would advise doing it early in the day as got very hot but it is the middle of July so expected. These tours fill up quickly so book early.

The closing time tour of the Vatican…
The closing time tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel is wonderful. The museums were less crowded at this time of day, though there was still quite a large crowd in the chapel. Our guide Ciara was very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful insight into both the history of the museums and the art contained there. A terrific tour.

Excellent tour of the Roman Forum
Excellent tour of the Roman Forum, Palestine Hill and Colosseum Arena Floor. Our guide Fluvia was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and we learned a lot from her. This was the best tour we took in Rome. I highly recommend this tour and especially Fluvia.

Great Experience and Guide
We had a wonderful experience touring the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Our guide met us at the exact pick up point as disclosed in the booking. With her leading the way, we were able to quickly enter the Vatican (bypassing alot of other people without reservations). As a group with a stroller for children, we we provided additional benefits of line skipping. Our guide made sure we were able to benefit from all of these perks.
She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and provided us great insight over each room in the Vatican, describing the reasoning and history behind the paintings and artifacts. We noticed that having a guide, especially ours, provided us opportunities that we do not think we would have known about. There were numerous exhibits that were roped off, which we would have thought meant that we were not allowed access. However, whenever she approached these rooms/areas, they would provide us entry. An example would be the Pope's staircase, which was great to experience. We were also fortunate to receive a blessing in the Sistine Chapel, where she was able to provide a brief translation.
We overall had a great experience and recommend others try it.

Wonderful time! Great memories!
We had a great tour! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic. She gave us breaks for shade and water. She took her time explaining everything, answering questions and even helpful in taking family photos. Would definitely recommend the Colosseum/Roman Forum/Palatine Hill tour to anyone! It's a shame that the tour cannot be rearranged to another time for accidents might occur during the trip. We were really looking forward to the trip and paid quite a lot, but unfortunately, there is no leeway.

The tour guide was great and provided plenty of historical content, but the wireless earbud had connection issues so we missed some of it.

We had a wonderful tour of the Colosseum. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My mother in law started having some health issues during the tour, and he was helpful and made sure that she was ok and was able to get to a place to rest, and helped her and my father in law call a taxi.

Our guide was excellent and shaped the tour around what we had not seen on our previous tour. She also recognized that it was very hot and constanly found shade for us to stand in while she discussed the histroy of the forum and Palantine hill.
