Do not order from Nuevo!!!! Horrific customer service and false information on their website. I ordered an item which states “delivery: pre-order 7-12 days” - I placed the order on 30th April and as of 15th May they still cannot give me any update and simply advise the item is in transit to them - they are now infact simply ignoring my communications. They have NO idea when it will arrive or be dispatched to me. I requested cancellation in accordance with trading standards and they are now ignoring me. The company is clearly run by people who have absolutely no idea how to run a business. Disgusting.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the clothing I’ve sent back it’s literally got one tiny white marks

Would actually give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 9th November in preparation for Christmas. Got to about two weeks after order was placed, and still no notification to say it was dispatched so I sent a message on Instagram to be told it was a pre-order and it must of been missed on ordering, there was no indication of this because I actually went on to order it again to see if this was true, it wasn't. Anyways got my order today they 11th of December. Four weeks later. Probably should of just ordered it from China myself. Lesson of the day, read the previous reviews before ordering. Shame, because it's a small local business.
Update: I received my order on Thursday 11th December, however before this I messaged on the Monday as I still didnt get a dispatch email after the 8-12 days as apparently my order was a pre-order so I messaged on Instagram and was told it was dispatched and I should of received a email, I hadn't so I advised them of this and she told me that she would send tracking again when she got into office, she didnt. Then on the Tuesday I received the dispatch email, parcel came the Thursday and it said Tuesdays date on tbis at 15.31pm so they lied when she said that she had dispatched this. Anyways, the item is lovely, however it doesn't end there.
I then received a cease and desist via Instagram and to my postal address *advising me that id receive one via the post, must of forgot to remove that from the copy and paste*. I have asked them to send me dated proof of the pre order that was online and I'd remove my review, they haven't told me its all been sent to their solicitors, I haven't received this however I have received another two emails, feels like harassment even when I have told them I'm not removing the honest review that I have given, its like they are trying to scare people into taking their honest reviews down.
I don't and would never want to harm someone's business ever but to lie not only once but twice and then serve me with a chat GPT cease and desist I felt it was only fair to update my review.
My review was removed so I have posted this again and sent all messages, copy of the parcel label that she said she posted on the Monday and had sent the dispatch email when it clearly shows on the label Tuesday. I will continue to updating on this review. Its very unfair that I can't leave an honest review.

I ordered my daughter a gym set and a jacket on the 10th Dec, I emailed them on the 18th as I hadn’t received a dispatch confirmation, I was told the items were on pre order (small print) and they was due in on the 19th Dec and would be sent out the same day sadly I still haven’t received a dispatch notification. As this was a Christmas gift and Christmas is only 3 days away I will now have to buy from somewhere else so she isn’t without. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying from here. Very disappointed and will NOT be buying from here again!!!!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Two weeks later dpd still haven’t received parcel. Contacted many times to no replies and the email address they have don’t work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered on the 19th of September didn’t receive anything in regards to dispatch details so I sent them an email they said the item was pre order and I shouldn’t expect it until 21 working days.
Emailed them on the 15th of October and the day later was item was confirmed dispatched. Sent them an email a few days later and they said would be with me waited in all day on the said day no items. Emailed them they said was problems with DPD because virgin was down . Will be with me in a few days didn’t receive again . So posted a story on my Tik Tok asking my family/friends if they had received there orders straight away I got a message on Tik Tok platform asking me to remove my story and was then threatened with solicitor's and was told my parcel was attempted
Delivery to me twice but returned to them due to me not being home? Why was this never stated once when I contacted them? (I have ringdoor bell to confirm this is incorrect) Rang DPD they said they haven’t had a parcel for me since July so was infact all lies. Cannot believe the amount of people that have contacted me since and I’ve still not received anything via post of Nuevos legal team. I hate to write something like
Towards a business and like I said to the owner I always shop local but this I will not be doing from here ever again . Alls the owner had to do was admit she hadn’t sent the items and I would have been fine with that but she never. Did the exact same thing to my cousin also and her friend so just avoid don’t waste your time and energy
Terrible customer service
Ordered twice from this place second time to give them the benefit of the doubt as daughter likes the clothes. items missing the first time with no reply to emails, to be exact it was the free socks. The second time I ordered I did receive a reply to an email saying I did qualify to receive a free pair of socks with the recent order I had made plus the pair I had paid for. Low and behold no free socks when the order arrived no response to emails this time either and the socks I bought are not worth £8.99 for 1 pair in my opinion. I won't be ordering again or recommending unfortunately.

It came today the hood was made inside out the gym set what is a medium fits my size 6 daughter instead of me the order was meant to come with free socks also which I didn't receive that doesn't bother me tho what bothers me is I'm getting messed about again I just want a refund

Awful clothing brand. Tooknages to give me the tracking. Wasn’t sent when they said it would be. Took ages to come. Came and you walk 2 steps in it and the top is up by your chest! Pants are half way up your calf but again walk in them and they fall down. Shocking

Sizing is shocking. This is the same as what’s advertised in tic Tok for under £15. They have just put there name in it. Don’t offer a refund just a credit or exchange.

I ordered a 2 piece which was delivered promptly however both items has small stains on it which i immediately reported. It took a few days for them to come back to me i sent the requested photos and 2 weeks on I'm waiting for a response. I had considered an exchange but given how awful this company is, I want a full refund. I will notify my credit card company if I don't hear anything soon. This is just hassle I don't need. Avoid them.
