My review is based on three main…
My review is based on three main issues.
First, it is impossible to check your own statement without submitting a request.
Second, there is no login option available on the Now Finance website when accessing it from a mobile device.
Third, my credit score was impacted even though I did not proceed with the application.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend Now Finance to anyone.

NOW Finance provide statements upon request, so customers are not set into a fixed timeframe for their loan statement i.e. each quarter etc. We have several ways in which a customer may request a statement, via calling or emailing our Customer Service centre, or by requesting same on the Customer Portal. I can see you’ve accessed the Customer Portal and requested statements before. Many customers are very happy that they can receive a statement at any time they request one.
In respect of your loan and the credit enquiry, your loan is a fully funded loan account and once the last repayment is received the loan will be paid out and closed. A credit enquiry was conducted at time of application as per your consent. All applications submitted for assessment, incur a credit enquiry check which is the first stage of the assessment process as per our credit policy.
Thank you for also raising about the issue you had with the mobile log in. This has been rectified since your review, thank you for raising your concern on this.
