Haven't received my order yet, but have to say the customer service has been above and beyond - really working with me on some confusion about sizing of a lowly t-shirt. Honestly blown away by the willingness to make it work.

I love this shop - not only is it like a crock of gold at the end of the rainbow for guitarists looking for rare and vintage specimens but they are so approachable. To be honest Denmark Street is so iconic but it is easy to be intimidated, bewildered and occasionally ripped off. Not at No Tom where they cut through the BS, give honest opinions and prices and properly look after you - I have spent thousands there over the last few years and will continue to for the next few I would imagine!!...

Really great shop, the guitar I purchased was via the website as iI just had to have it, I spoke with Josh via social and then Ron afterwards.

The guitar was as described, all original inc case candy, this shop has made my collection has gone up a level.

Fantastic guitars, great prices and incredible staff.

I searched long and hard for a new acoustic and was met with a lot of bs sales tactics in most of the other london stores, but this was not the case at No. Tom. Stepping foot in the door I was asked what I was "really" looking for in a guitar, and after some careful deliberation, I was handed my Faith Venus.

I bought it 2 days later after trying to find a better deal online, and was even offered a further 10% off the store price as they had a sale on.

These guys understand the connection that a musician has with their instruments and they would rather give you the right guitar than force the wrong one on you just for the sale.

I guaranteed these guys I would be back again in the future, and I absolutely intend to stand by that.

Great service, fantastic value and swift delivery. The great customer service of old in a modern and reliable online setting. If splitting hairs I could maybe ask for a bit more detail in regards to condition for things that don’t show up well in photographs and photos of cases/accessories. However you are a vintage shop and I love the worn in feel this guitar has anyway, so this hasn’t been a problem with me.
