Excellent service from start to end with the work just completed this week. The initial meeting with Richard helped us to solidify our decision to go forward with roof line and the work provided by Graham and his son Lennon was absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful family superb job and completed our job within two days even during the snow. would recommend this to all who are considering changing their facias, soft fittings and drain pipes.

Graham and Alfie did a great job replacing the fascias,soffits and gutters on our garage. Friendly, helpful and professional service. Good communication from quote to completion. Would definitely recommend.

Just used this company for the 2nd time to do some composite decking . 3 young men this time who were all very professional very courteous and very very good at their job . We are over the moon with the job and how great these young men were . A credit to the company.I didn’t finish work in time to see them before they left to say thank you . This company is exceptional, very professional and easy to do business with. We had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced so it was a big job. Graham & Alfie who did the installation were a pleasure to have around, they worked long hours, were really helpful and kept everything tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.

The service was exceptional. The company was very quick to respond to my initial contact. Richard from the sales team came to see me to discuss my requirements and to take initial measurements and quote for the job: he was polite and helpful. At no time did I ever feel pressurised.

Things moved on quickly once I accepted the quote. I saw Richard on New Years Eve and the job was finished 31st January 2025 which I think is very timely given the appalling weather we have recently had. The guys that did the job were a pleasure. They were polite, professional and worked really hard, taking pride in the job.
I am delighted with the job. The roofline looks great.

Northern Roofline replaced our gutters facias etc in 2005.
Over the years we have had work done on the roof and recently had a reroof as the tiles were almost 50 years old and deteriorating. But the roofers and scaffolders managed to damage the gutters, down pipes etc.
We called Northern Roofline and asked for a quote for replacing the damage and making it all look as good as it did in 2005.
Phil called a few days later and arranged to visit to provided a quotation which we accepted.
Surveyor came following week to measure and discuss work required, which would be less than half a days work.
Within 2 weeks a slot in schedule was available and Richard rang to check it was convenient for us.
The team arrived on schedule, discussed the work. They worked hard and steady, cleaned up while they were working.
We are very happy with Northern Roofline from initial contact through all stages.

From the initial meeting with Richard (Sales Team) in March, through to seeing Chris the surveyor and finally the installation of our guttering and fascia's by Graham (and his son) everything was extremely professional and carried out without fuss. Graham and his son were very tidy and courteous and they returned the following day to sort out a slight issue that occurred. Competitively priced and Richard put my wife at ease initially with how he went about his job: (in comparison to some that were asked to tender for the work). More than happy to recommend Northern Roofline based on our experience.

Very clear description of work with an accurate quotation. Advance notice of commencement. Two installers, Jack and Ash, who arrived as planned and worked hard. They were well-organised, tidy and knowledgeable as well as being pleasant and considerate.

The service from Northern Roofline was second to none. From the estimate to the surveyors visit I was kept up to date with developments. The team that arrived to do the work, Graham and Brett were prompt and professional and the work was completed within the day. Any mess was swept and tided away. Northern roofline fitted new guttering and fascias last year for me, they were polite fitters and tidied up all the mess afterwards.

I noticed this year that there was water coming out of a gap.

I reported the issue and had a response within 2 days from the director himself, and a gentleman came out the same day to take a look. Within a week the issue was resolved.

Had all facias, soffits and gutters replaced, including underside of a ground floor overhang. Overall a great job. Easy discussions with the salesman. Not at all pushy and was able to openly discuss other quotes and agree a final job/price easily. The quote was similar to others but glad I went with them. Good quality workmanship. Tidy and courteous workmen, including to our neighbours while work underway. Left tidy every day and no mess at all once completed. Very happy with the work done.
