I loaded 10 Euros to my account and sent 15 web sms. Later, although I had 7 Euros in my account, my account was closed and my money was confiscated because they said your account was restricted because you sent too many messages.

Voip call to mobiles all ends with "busy" always but money subtracted from amount. Tested in Russia +7 and Belarus +375

Not replying to any complaint. Send them letter everyday.
No phone to contact.
I am member of this since last 15 years and this is how they behave.

Their customer support takes ages to reply.
There is no hotline, no emails, no chat support, nothing.
Stay away.

Nonoh does not have a customer hotline.
This is impossible to reach anyone.

Please DO NOT EVER Try or Use Nonoh. I tried to use it but everytime it gave a problem, even though I had a internet and Wifi, it was telling me that "please check your internet connection" and disconnects. I checked my internet connection and there is no issue but Nonoh is not working. And most of the time, I open a contact to call and Nonoh does not even open the call options so I cannot call people. Please DO NOT EVER Try os use it, you will get so many issues.

After a time of not using, I wanted to log or to buy credit, all in vain,waste of time ...nobody answers to complaints.
In a nutshell, forget nonoh !!!! you lose your money..I had a little credit left with nonoh..gone to the wind !

I worked with nonoh for quite a while and was happy with it. Lately they charged me high amounts for just a few minutes and even received an extremely high bill from my local telephone company. Seemingly, it's not that cheap anymore: combined i paid more than 1.50 euro per minute just from US to EU.
The worst thing: there is even no possibility to contact them! They write that you can contact but there is no button to be found. Only self help which doesn't help of course...

I was surprised by the quality of this provider, which is very good.

PLUS:
- computer app and mobile app
- choose hotvoip
- choice of means of payment (bank transfer, credit card etc)
- light interface, just what you need to
- sms sending is reliable: i sent sms in Europe, Africa, and my firends got them.

MINUS:
- for long distance and for some countries (for example central african countries) the connection sometimes cuts, and you have to call again, but it does not depend only on this compagny, but on the quality of west african network, which i witness is not good enough.

As a conclusion, I highly recommend them.

Voip phone calls-a new way of saving on phone expenses!
And Nonoh is the best choice for me!
I use it for more than three years now and I am pleased with the quality of calling and with the prices!
I deffinetely reccomend it!
