No communication on appointment slot
Rabies vaccine shortage issue. No communication was done as my appointment slot was changed without my knowledge.

As we discussed when you kindly called us, we are currently experiencing a national shortage of the rabies vaccine, which has been extremely challenging to manage. Supply has been limited and unpredictable, and this has unfortunately meant that some appointments have needed to be adjusted at short notice.
We completely understand how concerning it is to have an appointment time changed without clear communication, and we sincerely apologise for that. However, as you did previously, if you’re ever unsure about anything or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call us. Our customer service team will be there to help and support you in these situations.

Professional and prompt service. Only fault was no toilet. I needed to use a toilet upon arrival into the clinic and had to exit to go find and use a toilet elsewhere.
