Delivery was more than a little delayed but main issue however is receiving clearly used items sold as new. Purchased a pair of R1250RS tank pads by Wunderlich; what I received were clearly used pads of a different brand, taken off a machine with fresh sticking pads attached. Even the model was wrong as I discovered by reading R1200 RS scratched into the back of one of the plates.

I ordered an Optimate 4 (Can Bus) from Nippy Normans. Great service and fast delivery.

Ordered a new comfort seat for my BMWF900XR the standard seat makings the bike un- rideable after as little as one hour in the saddle. Why aren't BMW reading and listening to its buyers ??
Put order in for a Wunderlich comfort seat with Nippy late on Saturday night as a standard delivery.
On mo day I had decided to go on a road trip the following Thursday up from Cornwall to the lake district for a week's tour and sent Nippya email asking is there any chance of getting the seat before Wednesday? And that I was quite willing g to pay any extra for a quick delivery.
I didn't hear anything on Monday and thought, well it was a tall ask! Then I got a email back f4om Nippy to say that they had dispatched the order for the next day delivery and that they'd also paid for the express cost themselves to arrive the next day.
I cant tell you how relieved I am as I was dreading the journey on the stock seat.
Theseatwas delivered today fitted straight o to the Bike and although I've not ridden it yet it feels like, your favourite armchair . Many many, many thanks Nippy for your professional and very friendly service. I e bought o e or two items from you in the past, a d I. Future I'll alway go to you first.

I had a fault in a product which was about 4 months old. Raised it with the service team and they sent returns details immediately. I posted the item back and the replacement came up straight away. Can't fault them for efficiency and customer service.

On Sunday I ordered a part for my bike and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. It should have been delivered on Tuesday. It wasn't. Instead I got a message from the carrier DPD to say that there was a delay.
At 9.55am this morning I contacted NN to ask for details of their DPD contact in order to pursue a refund. At 1051 this morning I got an email from my card provider to say that the money had been refunded to my account by Nippy Normans.
I have never experienced customer service as prompt , especially given that the delivery challenge was not of NN making.

I bought some auxiliary lamps from my bike from this company about a year ago - there was an issue with the lamps that required a warranty replacement. There was no quibbling regarding the warranty, however the communications standards from this company aren't good. No phone number to contact them, and no response to emails asking for consignment numbers or courier details.

My recent purchase from Nippynormans.com included the Optimate Goldline DIN Connector Plug and the Nippy Normans Combo of Dual USB Socket Kit and DIN Socket Relocation Kit for R1200GS LC/Adventure LC & R1250GS/Adventure. Unfortunately, a bike issue necessitated a return of these parts, leading to an unexpected turn in my experience.

Brilliant - I ordered MachineArt MudSling® and AvantGuard but when they arrived the fixing kit for one was missing. I msg Nippy Norman for help on a Sunday at 2,30 and got a reply by 4.30 the same day, and the missing parts were in the post in the morning. These things happen but I was reassured at the quick and helpful response I got from NN. The mudsling is great and fits perfectly, I still need to fit the avantguard - quality of both are good

I've spent thousands at NN but when something goes wrong he doesn't want to know ignoring phone and emails in the hope you will go away is not professional it's rude I'm going to to a charge back for my money as he obviously doesn't want want to freely refund AVOID THIS COMPANY

I emailed Nippy Normans because the wunderlich item i wanted wasn't on there website. They went out of their way to source the parts, which wasn't a wunderlich stock item .Great service and kept me informed of the progress all the way through to delivery, so a big thanks and thumbs up 👍 , Steve

First time ordering from NippyNormans.. and it won’t be the last. I ordered a Wunderlich seat for my BMW F900 XR on Thursday morning 9 am… and I received it on the Friday at 10.30… absolutely first class service.

I have used NN for a few years now and always find the products great. Items have always been sent out the same day and arrive in a couple of days. Easy to fit and work well.
Recently I had to send some items back as the bike that I had ordered the parts for was then cancelled. No quibbles about the return. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a screen for my GS which arrived promptly within a couple of working days - good tracking info. Will be using them again.

Bought some upper crash bars which I received promptly, but didn’t fit them due to a my service being due, while attending service I bought a new bike, so did not need the upper bars, contacted nippy Norman’s and the allowed me to return for a full refund, with postage paid, first class service. Will certainly be buying from these guys again

I wanted to buy mesh seat cover for my R1250 GSA. Nippy Normans offer one for £89 under the Wunderlich brand (WUN-42721-110) – all as per the Wunderlich website.

I decided to buy the Wunderlich product offered by NN rather than the cheaper alternative offered by Cool Covers in the UK

What Nippy Normans actually send is a Cool Covers branded seat cover – and charge £89 (37% more than it costs to buy directly from Cool Covers.)

There is nothing wrong with the product (Cool Covers) but this shabby sleight of hand at best

I Purchased a desert fox mini compressor and was posted to me in Australia. The product arrived damaged, I emailed nippy’s and they sent me immediately hassle free a replacement FREE of charge and free international postage. As a first time buyer I cannot fault you guys.
