Services NOT Rendered - We paid for logo and web design services the first week of October 2023 and promptly filled out their forms.

Web design - Nothing in 3.5 months.
As of Jan 17th, 2024, Ninja Templates has not delivered a web design concept. They have NOT responded to our emails asking for an update after ten days.
We have asked for a refund for the web design they have failed to deliver. We are concerned that even if they do provide something, we will be stuck with an unresponsive company if we ever have technical problems.

Logo - Took 2 months
We received Logo concepts two (2) months after payment, on November 30th! And only AFTER we complained multiple times. I hated them all and none felt unique. They claimed that the proofs were all professionally designed original art. I came up with a nearly identical design via a boilerplate logo website for a quarter of the price. We received the final copies a month later.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great design and functionality. The end product took quite a bit longer than promised. Revisions and requests were seamless. Pricing is reasonable. Add on fees for tweaks can add up tho.

This company is great on answering the phone and addressing the issue quick . their fee is affordable . great customer service.

I had used Augustus and NinjaTemplates for an ebay store design in the past. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Augustus was very nice to speak with and very helpful. So, when I thought about a new ebay redesign with a new store name, I knew right away that Augustus and NinjaTemplates would be the company to do it. The first part was the logo design. I filled out a questionnaire with some ideas of what I wanted. I heard back from Augustus who did the design. We went over a few things about what I wrote on the questionnaire. Augustus then went to work on the logo and provided the first set. The first set was nice but I was allowed to make some changes. Augustus listened (attentively) to my followup requests. In the end, the logo came out great. Very professional looking. Font and coloring are/were perfect. The store redesign was just as good. It is professional looking just like the logo. High quality. NinjaTmeplates seems like they have alot of projects they are working on. There are Many customer reviews. Which is not a bad thing because it shows they have loyal customers that are happy with their designs.

Our new store website looks fantastic! They gave us the ability to create what we needed for our online store with their expertise in making it happen through their templates. Everything looks modern and new. Not just the same old cookie cutter template store. This was a difficult process as we are not IT savvy. I appreciate their patience and understanding as we tried to navigate the details.
