Do not order from Nine West!
I bought 3 pair of shoes on november 25th and the status on webpage is still On Hold and nobody answer my emails or phone calls.
I really don’t know what to do now but will keep trying to reach them for an answer.

I had the same experience as the past two reviewers. I placed an order on November 23rd, got a confirmation email saying a follow-up would be sent once the order shipped. It’s been seven days without a follow up. I tried to email the provided contact to check on the status, but as other people have said, it’s a Do Not Reply email address and the email bounced back. I submitted a ticket via the Nine West site, got a confirmation of submission, but no actual reply to that ticket. Is this all a scam now? I don’t even know what to do now. Do not order from Nine West.

I'm having the same issue as May Cho. Nine West keeps sending me emails abour 50% off discounts.... nearly 2 or 3 a day, so I purchased 2 pair for $164.00 on November 21st. I went online to check the status of my order and it stated that I had no Order. I tried calling, but keep getting a fast busy signal. Emailed per website instructions but its a DONOTREPLY email address that doesn't receive emails!! I'm worried that they're collecting money and not shipping due to the bankruptcy, but they're not telling anyone. This was my FAVORITE store, now its like my worst nightmare. I'm worried they're taking money from loyal consumers, KNOWING they may not ship the product. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR UNLES YOU SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON!!! Nine West may be doing shady business right now.
WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I placed an order on 24 Nov and got a order confirmation from their website via email "Your Nine West order confirmation" (Order# 100001****). So I logged in at their site and clicked on "My order", but it says I have not placed any order. The email says I can write an email to an address as indicate but my mail got bounced back saying
"Your message wasn't delivered because the domain couldn't be found. "
Then i went to "submit a ticket" at their website, just requesting to check my order status, on the same day and got an auto email committing me a response with 24 hours, but there is still NO REPLY AT ALL FROM NINE WEST. My request is simple enough - to get my UPS LOGISTICS SHIPPING INVOICE NUMBER.

WORST RETURN PROCESS OF ALL TIME
I've been a Nine West customer for years and was disappointed when they closed down their physical stores, but since I love their product so much, I bought a few hundred dollars worth of shoes from Nine West's website. I decided to return some of them because I didn't like them as much once I had the chance to try them on, which is the main reason I hate shopping online in the first place. I shipped my return using their return label on September 27. I received confirmation that their carrier picked it up right away. But here I sit on November 7, nearly a month and a half later, with NO REFUND!!! I've called every other week this whole time and they continued to tell me "it's at our warehouse and you'll receive a refund within 10-15 business days." The box continued to sit at their warehouse with no movement week after week after week. Eventually they opened a help ticket for me and said I would receive a response within 24 hours. I never received a response. I called back again today and was told the box is FINALLY in transit from their warehouse to their returns processing center, but that it would take 6-8 MORE WEEKS before I saw my money! That's nearly 4 months total!!! I likely won't see my refund until 2019!
I will never shop with Nine West ever again. I will never recommend Nine West to friends/family ever again. And until I receive my refund, I will continue writing scathing reviews on every outlet I have access to.
Nine West: Make this right! Issue the refund owed on ticket 103307.

Terrible return policy. Nine West does not allow online purchases to be returned to stores, therefore, customer must rely on USPS/FEDEX/UPS to deliver returned items which get lost, despite tracking numbers provided on return labels.
In the end, the customer gets no resolution and charged for goods that were returned and the luxury of paying $7.50 return shipping fee.
Will not purchase anything from Nine West again.
Good product
Good product, very bad customer service. Placed an order, never received a shipment and tracking information. Had to call customer service and waited 52 mins on the line. Was told my order was shipped and i asked for tracking number. Tracking number was showing that a label has just been created when i was on the phone with the customer service representative.
Where is my $?
Ok guys, I returned the order 10 days ago. No email, no notification, nothing. Where is my money???
There is NO Customer Service at Nine West
I purchased a pair of shoes on line at Nine West. I was not a pleasant experience. There is no customer service. They could not answer my simple questions. All I heard was what the could NOT do. I had to call back because my call was mysteriously dropped. I requested that my shoes be delivered to my house on the UPS/FedEx truck. I have order many pairs of shoes at Nine West online and this was never a problem. The would usually fulfill my request.
I noticed there was a price drop the next day after I purchased my shoes. The policy as I understood it is if there is a price drop within 2 weeks your money is refunded. My refund was denied.
Nine West in the past was a decent company the quality of the customer service has bottomed out. There seems to be no training for the customer service reps. When I ask for a manager I was told there are none.
Extremely bad bag quality
Extremely bad bag quality. I bought an $80.00 backpack bag for a trip. I was super excited about using it for my trip. As I am about to leave for my trip I started to use it and it will not stay latched! I only have my wallet a couple of other things in it and it will not stay latched. Also when I explained to customer service the only thing they would give me is my money back on a gift card. No excuse poor quality product and customer service. They have seriously went down hill over the years.

Extremely bad shoe's quality. My wife weared it 1 time and her legs got destroyed after she waled 50 meters. Don't buy there if you don't want to end up in emergency. Store didn't want to give even partial store credit as about 45 days passed from day of purchase and we didn't have box.

I have been buying Nine West for 30 years and love the shoes. I have bought shoes online from their website but lately the website is a nightmare. I just spent 15 minutes going in circles trying to straighten out my shipping address and keep going back to square one. I tried going on to their main site but I get a message that my e-mail address isn’t correct yet I receive adds from them all of the time.
I really want to order these boots but the web site is a complete turn off. Nobody available for their “chat” either. What’s wrong Nine West?
Very bad returns policy
Very bad returns policy. I bought something for my wife online (using my credit card), it didn't fit so I went to the store near my home to return it. The lady at the nine west store (katy mills, katy tx on July 22, 2017 morning ) told me that they no more take returns of online orders at the store, I will have to mail the return back to nine west. I sent the mail on July 24, 2017 using nine west's return sticker. They are charging me $7.50 for the return and till today (08/08/2017) I have not got my refund back. I have had a great experience with DSW, they are much much better with their returns policy and they have much better collection that nine west.
The shoe really fits! Comfortably!!!
I recently bought the Pepper Cage Sandals (Nine West dot com was on super sale...) and I love this pair of shoes. My feet are extremely thin, the arch is almost too thin to fill in any shoes, so I do have trouble buying sandals - I had to throw away a beautiful pair of DVF sandals because the straps could not keep my feet within the shoe and my feet were always sliding off to the ground (whats the points of wearing shoes...). This particular pair has adjustable straps, I have never met such comfortable pair!!! I luv them!!!!
Great Leather Shoes
I wear a size 10.5 in shoes and 11 in boots, which are hard to find sizes for women in the average store. Ninewest.com, however, offers a plethora of styles in both of these sizes. I own so many pairs of pumps, sandals, and boots from Ninewest.com that I should be part owner. Smile.
My best experiences are with leather footwear. I personally have found their leather shoes and boots to be affordable, stylish, true to size, true to image, and of good quality.
I will be a life long shopper of Ninewest.com leather goods.
