They have the same order number for my shoes and purse only purses showed and shoes did not! Held for hours to get a rep on the phone the only thing they say is they are processing the order for the boots!! But have put a full delivery on my order for boots and purse but on website it says boots are still processing!!
Terrible customer service by Nine West…
Terrible customer service by Nine West Australia Online. They do not reply to enquires or answer the phone calls for months. To return the product online it’s impossible. I have to drive all the way to the store. Also website is constructed in a way that they don’t inform you straight up about non refund policy on reduced items. Unfortunately now I am left with a gift card for 300AUD in a shop that I don’t want to shop ever again. Don’t shop there. They don’t deserve your support.

If I could give a zero I would. Utter con, I bought a pair of shoes not realising that the distributor was based in China. The shoes were supposedly delivered to the UK on 20/9/22 and handled by Yodel who on the shipping notification apparently delivered the parcel to me on 21/9/22 - I do not have the parcel - China are unable to give me a Yodel tracking number, apparently without which Yodel unable to locate the parcel. For all I know it is all a fabrication and the shoes were never sent it the first place. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Two different sizes
Two different sizes: Wish I had read the reviews as well as I too loved buying and using their shoes. Disappointed to say the least! Ordering online and dealing with "Jake" has gone nowhere. When I received my shoes, they were two different sizes. Sent customer service an email and they simply said "Final Sale" and order was "fulfilled". I would completely take ownership if I had ordered the wrong size, and right MY wrong, but he was not willing to fix THEIR mistake. Not ordering online from them again.
Zero Stars if I could…
If I could give a negative 0 on the stars I would. I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Brian and he was the most horrible person representation of a customer service rep I have ever spoken with. I offered to come and train them in customer service because they lack it on all accounts. They made the mistake of sending me the wrong 2 pair of shoes not 1 but 2 pair of shoes and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Not!! I will not pay for their mistake. I once loved Nine West and would only wear their shoes and carry their handbags. I will never purchase from them again and my offer still stands. I'll be more than happy to offer training for their company in customer service. Beware of Brian, and my understanding he's a supervisor.

Before you place an order with NINE WEST, think it 10 times. I love the shoes but YOU CAN'T CANCEL the order and the customer service is horrible. They hang up on me twice!!. I never try to return anything but I image they make it hard either. My story is that I placed an order on a Friday, I called on Saturday to cancel it and although it was not shipped, they said that I have ONLY 1 HOUR FRAME after you place the order for cancellations.I called on Monday to try new luck and the lady told me that she was going to make a ticket for a cancellation and she gave me hope that it was going to be cancelled. The day after I saw that the order was shipped!!. That is UNACCEPTABLE.
Ordered shoes to take away on vacation
Ordered shoes to take away on vacation. Needed them in a rush so I paid $20 extra bc the website said they would ship 2-3days. A week went by and when I called they said it meant 2-3 days to leave warehouse.I asked to have my shipped refunded or to cancel the order since I wouldn’t have them in time and I did they didn’t. Their response was tough and on top of it all I was charged a restock fee for returning them. They were awful cheap quality
Nine West is a garbage company now
Nine West is a garbage company now. They no longer have physical stores, so all purchases and returns have to be done via mail (Happy Returns locations) with a $6.95 restocking fee. Okay fine, but here’s the kicker— I purchased a pair of shoes online using a $10 coupon code, got the shoes and didn’t like the color and super cheap quality, so I wanted to return them. I went through their Happy Returns portal to process the refund, but NW wanted to deduct a 16.95 shipping fee and $6.95 restocking fee. I paid a total of $56, but would have only gotten $33 refunded to me. That is robbery. So instead of returning them, I decided to exchange them for a different color. I called customer service and the rep said I would have to buy another pair in the color I want then send back the pair I don’t want via Happy Returns because they only offer exchanges for a different size, not color. I will NEVER buy from NW again. Since all of their stores are now closed, the whole company should close because of their deceptive business practices.
Order Missing Items
Ordered a pair of shoes and purse on 3/11, and still haven’t received the shoes as of 3/28/2022. I was told by a customer service rep that it can take up to 3 days to process an order and 5-7 business days for shipping. Unfortunately now I can’t get a hold of customer service at all in order to cancel the rest of my order. I will never order from them again.
CHEAP QUALITY & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received my 175$ boots with lots of defects and they split in several different spots.
Terrible customer service! They never help customers, I don't think they even care about customers. They offered me 20% discout on my second order. I will never spend a penny with NINE WEST again!!! I don't trust the Nine West company to buy another boots.

WRONG BOOTS MY PROBLEM
Ordered boots twice. First time order was canceled due to lack of inventory.
Still, the boots remained available online.
I ordered AGAIN and received some ugly ass Eskimo boots with fur. Not even my size.
So customer service says they'll refund my money since it wasn't my fault.

I have to drive 35 minutes to a stinking fedex location at my expense and about 2 hours of time.
NO they won't mail a return label.
I can choose a QR code or print my own label and I don't have a printer!

20% for over $200 worth of products
I don't even know where to begin. I have been wanting a particular style of boot from Nine West but my size was always out of stock. Finally in January they had my size so I ordered two pairs one in black and one in brown. I waited 3 weeks for the boots to come in which took them forever to give a confirmation email and tracking. Once they arrived I opened the box and the brown boot had a scuff mark that cannot come out so I will have to take to a shoe repair person and OMG the black boots. Where do I start. 1st it was the WRONG size in the right size box! 2nd the black boots were WORN. YES, WORN and had scuff marks! They mailed me worn boots in the wrong size....WHO DOES THAT! Then when I complained to customer service they could only offer a 20% discount...which is their standard. Why I dissent them back. Because I am going out-of town and I ordered them to wear with specific outfits and I don't have 6 weeks to wait on a refund and hopefully the correct boot. Soooo over them! Never ever buying another NINE WEST product again!

Sooooo disappointed in the way they handled my order, I was sent the wrong shoe in the right box. The shoe was on sale after a long wait I’m only refunded the sale price and can’t get the shoe I originally ordered, This is poor customer service they should have a least given me the refund plus a 50% coupon for a future order.

I wish I had seen these reviews! It's been two weeks since ordering boots from them. Have no idea where they are. After seeing these other reviews I'm not looking forward to going through customer service. So annoying. Will not buy from them again that's for sure!
Worst Customer Service in history
I place the order at the end of November have yet to receive my order I have called customer service on several occasions cannot get anyone to answer the phone after about 30 to 35 minutes of holding. They have a customer service email supposedly and I have sent several emails and no one has returned any of my emails. I placed three orders of boots I want all of my money back this is the worst customer service ever. One of the orders supposedly it was delivered and it wasn’t delivered and it states that in my UPS tracking. It was Lost or delivered at the wrong address also it states that it was sent back to the sender.
