Was a good customer for about a year. Introduced 2 friends and 2 family members who also joined due to great produce even if sometimes a little expensive. But since Covid they have become basically a London only business. Don’t seem to care about any customers outside London. Don’t expect people to come back when you decide to return to other parts of the UK!!

Good products / Bad customer service
I've been client for nifeislife since 8 years (when I moved to London).
Due a recent change in my postcode (which is 3 minutes away from the old one) I have been prevented to have access to free delivery and lot of fresh product.
I've been in contact with the customer service that claimed they can change the order manually on the go. After placing the order, I've asked the customer service team to confirm that the delivery was being manually shift to the NEW one. The customer service response is way too slow as well.
I use to love nifeislife - but I hardly want to use it now. Every time there's a new issue so it's getting so frustrating that I have to spend HOURS, to get in touch with someone over there.
Also - forget about contacting them via phone (it's pointless, no one ever replies) or via facebook page as the messaging session is run by a bot.
I hope a similar service will take over asap and be more inclusive and efficient in East London delivery areas, because is becoming IMPOSSIBLE to shop at nifeislife. Sorry guys :-(

I bought fresh food, my order included truffle burrata, buffalo mozzarella and smoked burrata and were all really high quality, like in Italy. Next time I’ll order more products by them! Delivery by appointment , in time and cheap.better italian product ever Bought since I live in uk. Thanks a lot

Terrible Customer Service and Bad Delivery
I placed an order on Wednesday and received confirmation it would be delivered on Thursday.
Nothing was delivered on Thursday and no communication was received, so I started calling customer service - no reply.
Finally, on Saturday afternoon I receive an email that blames the missed delivery on a system error - my order will now be delivered on Tuesday.
On Monday the payment goes through minus one of the items, which was available at the time of my order, but is not anymore.
I ask for a refund, just for the delivery cost (about 10% of the order value) as I recognize the mitigating factor of the "system glitch".
I also ask whether my order would be picked out fresh on Tuesday or whether my Thursday order is just sitting around waiting to be delivered (I ordered fresh products).
The reply? "There was a system error, your order is being sent out as a priority."
Pretty poor

Very happy with service from Nifeislife. One of the very few places I can get Sorrento lemons (in season of course) to make my lemon sorbet. The other produce in my order is top quality. Delivery charges are very reasonable and delivery times, specially in the current situation, are reasonable.

Excellent products delivered on time every time. Just received our second delivery of top quality Italian products. Takes a while given current restrictions but you know this when ordering, friendly email and text delivery reminders and food arrives on top condition. Looking forward to delivery number 3,4,5.....

I have tase this company a couple of times stuff like cheese and hams arepacked well ordered some flour just as the isolation started and I asked them to replace it they just fefunded me the second order I waited 6 weeks for when it arrived the fruit was un edible bananas were black and squashed told them about it ive heard nothing back I also asked if I could add a couple of buts that they didn't have first time round they said make a new order it was two weeks before they were delivering don't use this company they don't care about there customers

Poor service
Very poor customer service, I made an order on the 22nd of March for a delivery on the 9th of April.
Order still shown as "pending" on the 9th April morning, impossible to contact there over the phone so sent an e-mail asking about status of my order.
They replied saying that it would have been delivered in the evening between 20:30-22:00.
The order arrived at 20:30 sharp and with the key item (rack of lamb) missing as "out of stock".....
So very bad planning and organisation and terrible customer management.
Never ever I will order from them.

They make you pay twice
They make you pay twice, and then ensure that the refund of money is going through, however it takes more than 2 weeks for them to sort it out. Horrible customer service. Said by an Italian loyal customer

Very bad experience. I placed my order, paid, received my invoice of payment. 4 days later, convinced that i was going to get my order, i discover that my order hasn’t even been sent yet. After many emails, the company is claiming that i did not pay, although i showed a proof of my payment. Terrible customer service, and terrible service.
Incomplete order. Bad service. Avoid.
I placed an order online. I received an email confirming everything was in stock, and another email later on with delivery times(all items still in stock). Yet my order arrived incomplete, with the most important ingredient missing(wild chicory).
There was no communication what so ever to indicate there would be missing items, apart from the delivery note inside the parcel!
I would have cancelled the order had I known the items weren't in stock, but they neglected to tell me as they probably wanted not to lose the total order value.
This is very bad business practice, sneaky and underhand. I was duped, they were not honest. This company do not answer their phones. This company do not offer to send out the missing items separately. Very bad service, feel like I've been ripped off. Avoid.
