After much searching
After much searching, I discovered Nicky Cornell's website and found the very wardrobe I was looking for. There are many black wardrobes out there but none met the high quality and standard that the Nicky Cornell's wardrobe provided. The delivery and installing went as smoothly as promised and Zoe was extremely helpful in orchestrating the entire matter. I am absolutely over the moon with my new purchase and love looking at it. I have tried to give a nod to the 1920's style bedroom and the wardrobe fits in perfectly. I am so happy with it. Thank you Nicky Cornell's.

Inexperienced, inept and defensive.
The team don't seem to have a sense of how to provide a service of the kind they claim to be experts in. They have a general lack of understanding of the products they sell, the logistics around arranging delivery and the inconvenience caused when parts are missing from a delivery. The order was fraught with error, miscommunication and a lack of understanding at every stage (before, during and after sale). The worst thing about this company is that although I multiple causes for compliant, they didn't ever acknowledge or apologise for their errors.
