To anyone who wants to place an order
FYI : EMail sent today :
Dear Customer Support,
I am contacting you again regarding my order #XXX, placed on 27 February 2026 (861.00 DKK, paid by credit card). I have already sent two emails without any response. This situation is becoming unacceptable.
Before addressing the main concerns, I would like to point out something I already mentioned in my first message:
I was not able to register as a customer on your website. When attempting to create an account, I was redirected to the homepage, and only a “Login” option was available — no “Register” option at all. This is highly unusual for any legitimate e‑commerce platform, and contributes to my concerns
Why I am concerned
1. Lack of communication
Despite multiple attempts, I have received no update whatsoever regarding processing or shipping. This is not acceptable after full payment.
2. Trustpilot reviews indicate extremely worrying patterns
Your Trustpilot profile shows a low overall score (2.3/5, 10 reviews), already alarming in itself.
But more importantly, numerous negative reviews describe the exact problems I am currently experiencing.
Here are verbatim excerpts from recent customer reviews:
These statements are publicly available and paint a consistent picture of non-delivery, lack of communication, and customers never receiving their orders or refunds.
Furthermore, I want to be absolutely clear:
In the event that I do receive the items and notice any sign of counterfeit goods — meaning jerseys that are not legitimate NFL products — I will immediately take all necessary legal action.
This includes reporting trademark infringement, filing consumer fraud complaints, and pursuing legal remedies through an attorney without hesitation.
3. Concerning domain information
Your communication uses the domain jerseysupply.world, which is rated as medium-risk by ScamAdviser due to:
- hidden WHOIS ownership
- low traffic
- negative signals and reviews
- trust score only 72/100
These factors significantly increase suspicion when combined with the issues above
4. Missing legally required disclosures on your website
Your website lacks multiple mandatory elements required under EU and Danish e‑commerce law, including:
- the legal name of the company
- a physical geographic address
- CVR/VAT information
- a clear, direct, and effective means of contact beyond a single obfuscated email
This is a serious compliance issue.
And just to be clear: even though my order is “only” 861 DKK, missing legal disclosures place you in violation of EU consumer law — and I will not hesitate to hire a lawyer to initiate legal action if necessary.
What I require now
You must provide within 3 business days:
Option A:
- A valid tracking number, with a clear confirmation that my order has shipped.
Option B:
- A full and immediate refund processed back to my credit card.
If neither of these conditions is met by the deadline, I will, without further notice:
- file a chargeback for non-delivery with my bank
- submit formal complaints to EU and Danish consumer authorities, including the EU ODR platform
- provide copies of:
• your lack of responses
• Trustpilot customer warnings
• ScamAdviser risk signals
• missing legal disclosures
I still hope this matter can be resolved amicably and swiftly. Please respond with the requested information or refund confirmation.
Best Regards
