Have tried to uninstall the app from my laptop so that l can reinstall it again in order for them to receive data. But it won't allow me to perform the final stage of uninstallation? I have contacted them many times regarding this matter but they don't seem to be that bothered. This site used to be excellent but then it changed hands and has became not very good!

Got enough points for a reward then conveniently my account will not log in, took me over 2 years to accrue that amount of points bear in mind. I would not waste your time. I have emailed support 3 times for an explanation but no response

Used to be ok,but now shocking need 5000 points to claim anything im on around 2200 but now no surveys and emailed support and they are terrible and rude told me nothing they can do so fraudulent

Last year (2025) I was getting Vistas several times a week, I am now past the half way mark from getting my £50 voucher, but so far this year I have hardly had any at all. I have tried contacting them but all it says that there is an error and try again later. These used to be very good many years ago when they used to send a £50 cheque, and the points were much lower. Something definitely stinks here and not right.

I have done these surveys for several years now,and takes me about a year to get a reward,dont understand why you have to get to £50 before you can collect your reward,far to long
I tried to login after the last survey I did,BUT IT STATED MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD WAS ILLEGAL ???? WHATS THAT ABOUT,Have tried to reset password ,BUT AGAIN SAME RESPONSE ???Have sent emails explaining the problem BUT THEY DO NOT REPLY,IF my email is illegal how come they send survey invites ??? LOOKS like just do not want to pay up for surveys completed,AVOID THEM

Spent months building up points then when I finally had enough to claim a voucher they disappeared. When I try to use the contact option to email them it doesn’t work.

Will take years to reach 5000 points. My last voucher was September 2022. It is now nearly three years on and my points are just under 1000. Have now unsubscribed from the panel after discovering my current points total is so low.

Anyone else finding it hard log into there account it seem just buff and has been doing this for weeks now ??

Been doing the surveys for a few years takes a long time to get to payout did a survey yesterday and was told i answered a question wrong so i was not getting paid i complained and they still will not pay out so not doing again i would not bother with them waste of time.

It does take a long time to acquire the required amount of points for a payout, but New Vista surveys are interesting and varied. If you stick with it there is light at the end of the tunnel. My recent payout of a £50 Amazon voucher came just at the right time of the month (when I run out of money). Thank you, New Vista.

This is one of the survey sites that I joined but will probably deactivate after my first payout. It takes forever to reach 5000 points as I hardly ever qualify for the surveys they send to me via email. I am screened out 90% of the time. I don't know how other people say they are earning 75 to 100 points a day. I barely make 100 points in a month.

Although it takes a long time to reach 5000 points, have found the surveys are quite varied and not as time consuming as other survey sites.
When a survey is available, you receive an email and so there is no need to constantly check your account.
Nothing to lose really and when you do get the £50 reward then it feels worth it to me.

they are scammers,, they lie about you, block your account and steal the reward money you built up,, they do it to many people so makes you wonder how many thousands of pounds they are stealing every year,, look at all the reviews on here, stating the same thing, lying and blocking the accounts.. time for the police to get involved . I have used this site for some time, but now find that if I put my age in as 70, it comes back as; already have sufficient people with my experience!

As stated by other reviews even if you are included in surveys you can be screened out after 10 or 15 minutes with no reason given. Opportunities are few and far between and the rewards simply are not worth the time and loyalty expected from members. Contact from the company does not exist. There are a lot more companies out there that will provide good opportunities. If your going to bother then make sure you have full details of any survey when you start it as they will not even accept complaints without such details. You would have thought a tech company could keep better control.

I do a lot of surveys and this is definitely one of the worst sites. The time it takes to do a survey is greatly underestimated and even when you do finish it 9 times out of 10 you are either 'screened out' right at the end or the survey mysteriously 'crashes' really not worth the time.

Signed up for this about eight months ago and cumulated 2450 points, including the misleading £5 (500 points) To qualify for a reward, you need 5000(£50) points and based on my experience, it will take at least a year and a half. Not worth the time.
There are several other similar sites with low payment thresholds and better rates of pay.

Takes a long time to build up to a reward. If you don't give the answers they're looking for so they can get their desired (manipulated) statistics, the survey will freeze or boot you as inelligible. It's blatantly dishonest when you get to know it.
