When I made the order I’ve put the…
When I made the order I’ve put the correct address for delivery. When they shipped the package they missed the unit number and the package have returned to the sender. It’s been 15 days that I’m trying to contact them to have a position about this situation but no reply. The only email I got back was saying they were returning from the Easter holidays on Wednesday and the team would get back to me, but 3 emails I’ve sent later and none of them have get back to me. The worst customer service ever.

Suite number was written under the addrress line as we use AUSPOST software to correct the address ,In this case software corrected it to your street address . In future we would request you to please write suite number on the top and this mistake can be avoided . we are sorry you had to go through this as we are known for fast and reliable delivery . Your order was sent again and have already been delivered

Delivery company poor
Delivery company poor. Had notification my item was out for delivery one day and it never showed up. Came late the next evening. No notifications. No response from newpack when I complained about their delivery company.

Measurements mix up
Unfortunately I ordered some boxes which I thought the measurements were taken from the inside of the box as I had read that somewhere, however, they weren't and didn't fit what I needed them for and I had to re-order some other boxes.
The good things are that the orders arrived quickly and when I called about the measurement mistake, they were happy to have the boxes returned and refunded. I decided to keep them as I will be able to use them for other stuff. I will use Newpack again, as now I know how the measurements work.
