When looking to get a flat in London I was recommended Newington Estates by a colleague, when dealing with Newington I had nothing but great treatment from my agent Matthew who stayed longer than he had to just to make sure I was content and happy with the flat even showing me local transportation and food spots. Great company 👍

I rented a 1 bedroom flat before the new years to come and work for a few months as i work abroad, My agent Matthew was a great help and answered all of my questions even going above and beyond by showing me links to transport and some local spots for groceries, eating in etc. Will definitely be coming back to Newington estates next time i’m on a business trip. 5 Stars.

I rented a Marylebone 2 bed flat in Montagu Row through Newington Estates. I found the property online and contacted them directly. They were professional to deal with and always responded. Following the viewing I secured the flat with a 2 week deposit and met the landlord the next day. It was an easy experience and I would highly recommend them. I am now happily living in a lovely flat in the heart of Baker Street. This made my move from the USA an easy one.
