Très mauvais service, commande annulé et cloture du compte que je n'ai jamais ouvert étant donné que la commande a été passé en invité... Je ne peux plus utiliser mon adresse mail et je n'ai obtenu aucunes explications.

Support très mauvais, à éviter !

A horrible experience with Newegg.ca
they refused to replace my newly purchased Gigabyte motherboard claiming that I have "bent the CPU socket pins" and that this was beyond warranty.
I have assembled many computers in the past and never had problems with CPU sockets. It's easy: You line up the 2 small protrusions on the socket with the 2 notches on the CPU, make sure the CPU lies nice and flat on the socket, and finally push the lever down gently and lock the CPU in place.
Upon returning the MoBo I did notice 2 pins bent (out of hundreds of them intact), but this could not have possibly been a result of mishandling since there would be a whole bunch bent; it was defective in the first place. I should have read their reviews before purchase!

I ordered a Star Wars mug and it came in on time and as expected. Excellent service.

I bought a 1TB seagate hdd from here which stated making funny sounds after just a month or two, poor.

Was a customer for about 10 years. Prices are good, but customer service is awful. You'd think they'd want repeat customers, I learned that they simply don't care.

They shipped an item to me [via UPS], left it in a public area where it was probably stolen.

It was supposed to be signed for. Never got my signature, yet newegg refused to help, even though UPS will only respond to the seller.

A seller should not take 5 days to reply to an email, and should help when an item doesn't arrive.

I had to go to paypal to get help.

laptop only lasted about 5 months - sorry, they say, no warranty... junk.

I placed an order for parts to build a complete computer from this place. The order was shipped in four separate orders. It was expected that I would receive everything (from estimates in their store) by the weekend. This was an order for a customer of mine. I ordered on a Monday, the 17th, plenty of time to receive by Friday the 21st. Three of the items: case, power supply, and SSD were from sellers on NewEgg and all arrived by Friday. However, the CPU, motherboard, and memory were all from Newegg and shipped by that awful SurePost service (sure to be late). Tracking the shipment, I noticed that it left their warehouse in California and was shipped all the way across the United States to Philadelphia before returning toward the Central US, 2300 miles out of the way. Then, the package is sitting in the major local hub (25 miles away from me) since Friday the 21st. They are "estimating" the delivery by Tuesday the 25th. Four days for a delivery 30 minutes away.

This is not the first time I have encountered this from Newegg, but it will be the last. They cannot be trusted to get purchases to you in a reasonable time. I ordered a computer fan from Amazon on Thursday the 20th and it is arriving today (22nd) and I don't have Prime and it is free shipping. Newegg, learn from Amazon. It's why they are kicking your butt.

Another thing that irritates me is their phony chat support system. I used it the first time I realized the package was not on schedule and a female by the name "Asia" appeared in chat with a photo of a pretty blonde woman. Nice, I thought, very personable support. Then a few days later when my order had not arrived, I used the chat again, but there was a different name this time yet the exact same photo as before. Obviously, they are outsourcing their support to India or somewhere and pretending they are here. It's a further indication that Newegg is not concerned for the customer. To add insult to injury, they offered me $4 back to compensate for my order being four days late. I'm sure my client will be thrilled to hear this.

I had been a customer of Newegg for over 15 years but this is where I end the relationship.

My honest experience is that this is a garbage company, with garbage products and a garbage website. They are scammers. Do not use Newegg unless you want to lose your money to them and receive sub-par products.

Been using Newegg Canada since it's inception and was a customer of Newegg before they branched out. Never had any issues with orders, even got rebates if something I bought went in sale the same week by contacting customer service. Only qualm is their prices aren't always the lowest, but that's why you shop around.

I'm really not sure why there are so many bad reviews for Newegg Canada.. I've always shopped my parts here without any issues ever. Have had better deals than Canada Computers

We ordered a laptop in early November 2018. We were entitled to a 100.00 rebate. We submitted the necessary paperwork in time. In late February I contacted Newegg to get the status of rebate only to be told it was submitted too late. It was sent a week before the deadline. I was then told it would be reprocessed and every time I check I get a runaround. Very disappointed. I gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't available.

The ad posting on the website stated I7 9700k CPU + ASRock Z390 Extreme4 Combo for $584.98. After purchasing this and seeing the order, it shows I5 9600k CPU... When live chatting with CS on this issue - there was no resolution and was told to just cancel my order when it was a neweggs mistake and i should be getting what was showing on the ad. I was told i will hear back in a few days and hope i can get what was stated at the same cost for neweggs mistake. I also have screen shots and links of both places to locate the ad if required.

Bought an item from their 3rd party market. Seller sent two different tracking numbers one said it was shipped before I bought the product and the other to my old address.Nothing arrived at my old address. Newegg refuses to deal with this at all because it was shipped to my old address regardless to the product being actually shipped

I'm so disgusted by newegg. I bought a $1700 computer from them that has VR capabilities.. didnt work from day 1. Sent it back to the company, they said they fixed it, when we got it back from them it was still broken. We ended up spending an extra couple hundred in computer repair. The computer was "very corrupt" according to a tech guy (I'm not a tech person). At about the same time we bought a VR Vive from them but obviously since the computer was broken, we couldn't play VR. Finally got the computer to work (with absolutely no help from newegg) and we found out the VR headset didnt work. Went to return it, it was past the 1 month return date. We bought a 2 year extended warranty too. And the reason it was past the return date was because they sold us a broken computer!! And they said they fixed it... what the actual f***. I dont think this is a legit company. They are scam artists. Now my savings for extra items are gone. It took me a long time to save up for this and now I'm left with nothing. Its really messed up how they dealt with my situation. I highly discourage anyone from buying from newegg. It was 100% their fault and they turned their back on me. Twice.

I called in to the 1800 390 1119 and ordered the parts listed below, I got a gift card from my grandmother with $2000 on it, and when the shipment arrived about a month ago, and the box was damaged so I didn't except it from the shipper who came to my door, as it was a rip and dent in the side of the box about 3 inches long and indented and least 2 inches. I called in again last month the same day explaining the issue, and have not heard anything back yet with the tracking number to my e mail, or the order confirmation. I had called back the second day after I place the order as I still never received my order information as the money was off of my gift card. And whoever I spoke with said everything was fine and they weren't sure why I wasn't getting the email. But now they can't find my order or even that it was shipped, so now they're saying is pretty much my loss. This is totally unacceptable. It is obviously someone that works for them pulled something shady.

Ai acheté un ordinateur là par carte de crédit. Ok tout va bien. L'année suivante , la compagnie Newegg décide que je renouvelle mon membership sans me le demander et là , je refuse, je tente de faire crediter et rien à faire, ils me garrochent d'un bord et de l'autre.....je suis en beau maudit ! Maudite compagnie de voleurs !!!!!!

I am surprised of the lack of amount of reviews and with the bad reviews against Newegg.ca. As myself, I haven't gotten a bad experience so far with this company.

The prices are reasonable compared to other places most of the time and the packaging / shipping of the orders is pretty fast. But some orders are shipped via Purolator and that's a different can of rotten worms.

The customer service representatives are very helpful with any questions that I may have before ordering or cancelling orders from my own mistakes.

All I can say with my experience with them for the past few years, it was great so far and will be purchasing more from them in the near future.

Newegg is a big SCAM, they cheat people, their customer service is worse, and they are nothing but bad very bad company to deal with

If you want to be sure to have problems with either packaging, shipment or receiving DOA products, for some reason this is Newegg's motto, where every order has a problem.

And then you gotta talk to 5 chat representative via the chat, wait 1107 minutes on the phone to be told ''our team can't handle this request now, the team will call you tommorow.

Then you receive an email asking you to call them back because you didn't answer, yet you never even received a missed call.

And then you go back to the 6 hours queue time on the phone, and being the 70th in the chat's queue.

You receive your shipment in 2 days like it should be, to notice you're either missing something, your product is open and not new, or your product is actually DOA.

Yep, Go to canada computer or amazon, Much better, might be a little pricier but I'd rather be an happy customer than having to waste hours of my time for 2$

2- 3/4 du temps quand j'achète la, mes choses que je commande arrive brisé. Newegg trouve tout le temps une raison, pour me dire le contraire ''ah ce n'est pas de notre faute''.
3- Conseil, bien regarder en bas pour savoir si on peut ce faire rembourser ou non. Acheté une 1080ti, valeur de 1000$ en aout 2017 super content reçois la carte DOA (dead on arrival), ah ben siboire de caliss j'était vraiment pas de bonne humeur. Newegg, voulais pas me rembourser mais il acceptait seulement une échange, ah aussi je PAYE QUAND MÊME MON SHIPPING MERCI NEWEGG !!!!!.

En bref, je DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT NEWEGG.
