Shipped to a totally different address than mine. UPS won't tell me who received the package and now Newegg wants me to return the package to get my money back. What a scam and waste of time. I put a claim into Paypal right away because they are giving me the run around.

Ordered a lenovo thinkpad laptop that I needed fast. Good product, good price and fast delivery.

After a recent order we had issues with a product. Chat support vas very quick, available and helped us with issues. Was little complicated to finalize the return but at end we ended up ordering another same product and we are satisfied.

Paid $314 for a pair of SDRAM's from Newegg.ca The envelope delivered by Purolator had a broken plastic SDRAM package inside with half the contents missing. Newegg said it was delivered completely yet the weight of the envelope I received with the missing SDRAM was not less than what Purolator said the package weighed when they got it from Newegg. Multiple polite responses about reviewing the case from Newegg Canada but no followup and no refund.

DO NOT TRUST THE MARKETPLACE! The company I ordered from on the marketplace only allowed shipping through that company. It turns out that the third party shipping is some guy from that company drives it to my personal house. This wasn't the type of guy you want in your neighborhood, and the next morning my wicker chairs were stolen. I can't PROVE it was them, but c'mon!

When I told newegg's customer service about it they shrugged me off and basically said "third party sellers do their own thing". Basically, trust the newegg marketplace as much as you would trust craigslist. It's very unsafe and as far as I can see completely unregulated.

I'm building a new PC and bought $2500 worth of parts from newegg.
When I realized, that I needed a different case, because the one I got had some flaws in design I wasn't aware of, I requested for return, they sent me the shipping label, which basically said that I would have to pay for shipping almost $65. That's just a bit less than half of what was the price for that case.
After contacting their customer support, they basically told me that nothing can be done, sorry. Which I can also describe as polite, but useless.

Good place to order computer software, always around 2 to 7 days to receive my order in Quebec, Canada.

Price seems really good as well.

Bought ASUS AX3000, a wireless adapter. Turned out it only works with PCIe 1x, although PCIe 1x is compatible with 4x, 8x, and 16x. Pure nonsense.

After I left a review (d/profile/reviews/VzdKa3ZveTFQa1N0NWVxK21jVzB5THFjVm0wYlN5UHc%3D at newegg.ca), the manufacturer suggested to contact the retailer and return the item. Surprise-surprise, the retailer, NewEgg, didn't accept my return and looped me back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer, ASUS, doesn't reply anymore.

As usual, terrible and clueless customer service on each side, and typical behavior of big corps. Had to sell the item on eBay: wasted time and money.

C'est des voleurs, après m'avoir chargé 250$ et m'avoir fait attendre 1 mois pour me dire qu'il me remboursait, maisj'ai seulement recu approximativement la somme de 213$ il ont gardé les taxes. Il sont barré à vie et je les déconseilles fortement!

Ordered a new cpu, power supply, and some ram for them. Went well, products came quickly and well packaged.

My only gripe is that the site inundates you with so many products and advertisements, you got to know what you are looking for.

Terrible experience. Bought three items from this website, two did not work when arrived after two weeks. Took another two weeks to send back the defective products. They denied to refund full amount and charged me restocking fee as they insisted one is not defective. Customer services are never helpful. The fastest response you get is when they charge you.

This website has been used to steal money from me!

Ordered an item from their website. Was waiting for the seller to confirm receipt of payment. Then I logged into the website a few days later to see the status of my order. Found that my history was completely erased. They told me that the seller choose to cancel my order. I believe that instead of honoring the original purchase, they found another buyer who payed more for the same item. The item is now out of stock and I cannot order again. And Newegg deleted my order history to protected the seller from a bad review. This is why I am here. Have since asked them to delete my account. Will never be ordering anything from their website ever again! They lost a customer and gained a bad review themselves for protecting the morally corrupt from a bad review.

Idk why everyone is so mad, Newegg as good price and super fast shipping. I would recommend it.

Les prix sont douteux, on trouve des pièces moins cher que sur d'autres site mais leur logiciels valent le triple de ce qu'il valent, aucune communication avec le SAV, et quand il vous répondent c'est toujours du déni, ma commande est livré d'après eux et sans signature, pour une commande à plusieurs zéro c'est inacceptable, il y à des règles à respecté et c'est pour tout le monde ! Quand on achète un objet c'est à la responsabilité totale du vendeur que l'acheminement du colis ce passe bien, j'ai porté plainte contre cette entreprise d'escroc pour récupéré mon argent et il vaut mieux qu'il coopèrent car dans le cas contraire je ferai passer sa par une autorité supérieur ! Je vous souhaite cordialement de faire faillite et de fermé votre site mal honnête !

Newegg shipped my $1250 package with no signature, and do not have an option for signature on their website.

Purolator lost the package. Purolator blames newegg for no signature, newegg blames me but there's no optiion to ask for signature.
